It has potential.
So, I got this scratcher on black Friday sale. It is TOTALLY worth the $23 I paid for it. However, there is no way I would pay full price $35. It is 3 cardboard scratching boards screwed together with basically drywall anchors. The “wood” frame, is maybe 1/4″ plywood or something. I guess time will tell regarding durability. The dangling toy balls are typical plastic jingle balls. However, the string (and I do mean string) holding them on, I’ll be surprised if it holds up to a single kitten. Lastly, the instructions were a joke (and not even for the right item, lol). That being said, the cats were immediately intrigued and seem to like it. So, for $23, I say do it. At $35, that’s totally your call.

Cats LOVE it!
We have 3 cats and they all love this scratcher! It was easy to put together, my 13 year old did it himself. It is well made with quality materials. The cats love to scratch it and lay inside of it. The cat nip that comes with it helped attract them to this scratcher instead of my chair. This is a great cat scratcher at a reasonable price!

The concept is cute but it won’t last long
I purchased (2) of these for my four cats to share. As my husband is putting them, he tells me that they won’t last because they are “chincy” !! He then held up the corrugated scratching boards and I could see right through them, so much so that I could watch TV if they were in front of me (not) “” blocking the view””What a waste of our $56.00 dollars!!!!!!!!!

I’m so impressed with this L-shaped cat scratcher! It’s perfect for protecting both my walls and couch from my cat’s claws. The cardboard is sturdy, and my cat seems to prefer scratching it over anything else in the house. The included cat ball toys are a fun bonus my cat loves batting them around. This scratcher has been a great addition for keeping my home claw mark free and my cat entertained!

Miso loves this and I love this!
It prevents Miso from scratching my sofas and it fits nicely against walls and sofa for that extra protection. The board is holding up well so far against daily stratches and keeps her super happy. She loves playing with the cat balls too! The balls keep her entertained and it makes me happy to see her happy.

The instructions are in Chinese, if you call them instructions. It’s like a small post card with pictures of what’s in the box and a few lines of instructions in Chinese. So,so quality. Won’t last long.
