My cats love it
My cats love it and it doesn’t leave a big mess like the cardboard scratchers do. My large cats really get into it so I hooked the bottom of it around a chair leg to insure it doesn’t topple over onto them, which is a risk with this design. That solves that issue – the toy was dispatched quickly (they are three year old ginger boys who, if I didn’t know better are part Bobcat because they are VERY tall, long cats who don’t seem to know their strength when playing – and yes, I’ve had cats for nearly 40 years so am pretty aware of how cats can get carried away), so I tied the elastic to a Lambie catnip toy and that has stayed put together very well and keeps them entertained.

not stable
cat loves it. however when it’s set up the way it’s pictured it topples over onto her. we slid the bottom end under a chair and that fixes it to an extent but it’s still not great. some of the review photos show it on it’s side, we may try that. it was easy to assemble and looks much nicer than competitors though. just be aware that you won’t be able to have it the way it is pictured as you consider the purchase and how it would fit in your space.

The cats use the scratcher & play with the toy often when they aren’t sleeping. Doesn’t take up much pace. Easy to assemble.

Feels very sturdy for our boys and was easy to put together. They seem to like it… so far… youngest LOVES the toy on it most. The sisal mats feel like they may last a long time (way longer than cardboard scratchers that our boys don’t seem to like much).

Not one of my 3 cats will use this. They scratch my couch 6 inches to the right.

Its okay. Cat isn’t a big fan as its not as sturdy as the furniture. As.the cat.scratches, it leans forward and discourages cat from usinf.

Great product; cats love it
The cats helped us unpack and immediately ran away with the toy, but then came back to supervise putting it altogether. Well built product, thoughtfully designed, it’s very sturdy. When the cats play or scratch they are sitting on the base making it very stable. Mostly wood and the pads are strong sisal so it should hold up for a long time. The bottom sisal pad has velcro attachments in case we need to take it off for cleaning. The other pad mounts with very strong double sided tape, like carpet tape. We sprinkled catnip on the sisal as attractant, but they were already strongly motivated to play and scratch. Worth the price

Smells awesome to the cats, they were laying on the parts, and playing with the bag with the velcro before I could get it out of the box.Simple to put together, my only concern is the scratching pad could be a half inch wider so it fits on the support better.
