Works Great for Shedding and Grooming
My cat is a shedding machine, and while he tolerates traditional brushes okay, I’m always looking for something that might make the process more pleasant for him and more effective for me. I saw this cat steam brush and was intrigued by the idea of using gentle steam while brushing.This brush uses a small reservoir you fill with water. When you turn it on, it emits a very fine, warm mist (not hot steam, more like a humid mist) while you brush. The idea is that the mist helps loosen fur and reduces static, making grooming easier and potentially more comfortable for the pet. It has soft silicone or rubber bristles.And it actually works pretty well! The mist seems to help catch loose hair more effectively than a dry brush, and my cat seems to tolerate it better than some scratchier brushes. It picks up a surprising amount of fur. There’s a one-click release button to push the collected hair off the bristles, which is super convenient for cleaning the brush. It’s rechargeable via USB. If you’re looking for a grooming tool to help manage shedding in your cat or small dog, especially one that doesn’t love traditional brushing, this misting brush is worth trying. Quiet and Cats liked it
This is a pretty neat little product for cats. It comes with a charger and an already operational battery so I didn’t really have to charge it because I was able to use it right out of the box. I put the water in and followed the instructions. My cats tolerated this well. I like it because it can add a little bit of moisture to their dry skin since I have senior cats with dry skin and day climate. The cats really seem to like this and the steam didn’t bother them at all.It feels like a pretty solid item. I don’t know how long it will last but I don’t see any problems with it. It works as it says it’s supposed to work. The best part is the cats did not fight me on it because the steam that comes out does not make a lot of noise it’s really quiet. That’s really nice because cats get spooked by noise and this is super quiet. The water and it seemed to last a good amount of time.I do recommend this everybody’s animals are different so I can’t say for certain how other cats would behave but my cats really seem to enjoy it!
