I was under the impression that I’d be receiving a pack of 4 bags, but I only received 1. The current price of this item is around $30 which is a little high even for 4 bags, so if I were to pay that much for 1 I’d be extremely unhappy. I’m on the fence about the litter itself so far & it seems like my cats are too. It’s definitely different than the litter we’re used to. I want to like it, it’s so lightweight & doesn’t cause clouds of dust like the clay stuff. The bags are a little over 3lbs each which makes carrying & pouring them a breeze. For cost effective reasons, I’m used to dragging a 40lb bag home, or maybe two 20lb bags if I get lucky enough to find a sale. Pouring either of those into the clean pan is a challenge until I’ve used enough of the bag for it to no longer be so heavy. If I had the option to get 40lbs of litter in 3lb-4lb bags for the same price as I big 40lb bag, I’d gladly bring home 10-12 smaller bags at once. So this litter is much easier to use for that reason alone. I’d be curious to see if a larger bag of this is as hard to manage as a bag of regular clay litter in the same size, since it’s such a lightweight product with such a different shape (this litter is made up of round balls that are all equal in shape & size, clay litter has all different shapes mostly with pointy edges). The bag itself is resealable & a much higher quality material than the paper material of the bulk store bought litter. It’s not uncommon to have a hole in the bag of my bulk cat litter by the time I get it home from the store. I’ll be a attempting to pay close attention to my cats to see if I can get an idea whether they like this or not, though having only 1 small bag won’t even give them a chance to get used to it. So I may not see a clear & obvious preference from them. It seems as though if cleaning differs at all, it’ll be easier than regular litter.

Different experience, pricey though
I was a little afraid to use this because I tried pine pellets once and my cats refused to use it and peed on the mat outside the litter box! I just added a couple cups of this litter at first and they didn’t seem to have any problem with it so I added the whole rest of one of the bags (there are two in my 9lb package.) so I’m using a mix of about 50% clay litter and this bamboo stuff. It does smell pretty nice with the vanilla scent and seems to help mask the litter box odors. It is definitely more noticeable when they track it out, and they will. They are largish white beads that look like styrofoam balls. I’d probably rather have this on my floors than clay litter though. The downside besides the tracking issues is this stuff is EXPENSIVE! I’d need the whole 9 pounds to fill my litter box so this is definitely not cost-effective for me compared to clay litter. This stuff costs at least 4-5 times more and doesn’t seem to last any longer. If price isn’t an issue for you I’d say give it a try, even mixing a few cups in the clay litter seems to help the smell.

Doesn’t Do An Adequate Job
The Catit Go Natural Ultra-Light Clumping Cat Litter didn’t turn into clumping litter to immediately seal the smell from my cats’ #2 waste. The #1 waste product turned into a mushy clay when stepped on. My one long-hair cat with toe tuffs or floofs had the tiny beads stuck to his feet, and they were distributed throughout my house as he tried to shake them off. I’m on retirement income and can’t afford a boutique-style litter that doesn’t work well.

Good for the environment
I’ve never used bamboo litter before. I’ve had a lot of pine pellets, tofu, and of course clay and crystal litters. As well as zeolite pellets. I’m glad they have a bamboo litter as bamboo grows super fast and is basically a very tall grass weed! It can get out of control in no time, to the point that some towns are making bamboo plants illegal! So to me, that says that this does not impact the environment adversely. So I’m very happy about that. It’s not a super heavy litter, which is nice. I need to drag some litter upstairs and this one was easy for its bulk. It seems to track a lot less and have less of a dusty powder all over. It smells fine and the quality seems pretty good. I am not sure how well it works over time or the longevity of it. My cats took to it with no issues, however. I’ll update this review later to give the more long-term results.

Bamboo Kitty Litter
I’m using this litter or cleaning up liquid mess in the driveway and also for weighing down luminary bags, so for me, it works just fine. The added scent is light and makes it a bit more pleasant to work with. It clumps up and absorbs the way I need it to when using it on liquid. I really appreciate the eco-friendly approach to kitty litter and the fact that it’s not dusty to work with which is annoying when I use the typical litter. The only thing I can’t get past is how much more expensive this is than the typical litter I use. If I was using it for my animals then the price might be justifiable, but for the reasons I need it, it becomes cost prohibitive.

Lightweight, Clumps Well, but a Bit Messy
I was curious to try this bamboo litter since it’s a more sustainable option, and overall, I’m pretty happy with it. It clumps tightly, making it easy to scoop, and it’s much lighter than traditional clay litter, which is great when carrying the bag around. Odor control is decent, though the scent is a little unusual—nothing overpowering, just different. My biggest issue is that it tracks quite a bit. I find little pieces outside the litter box regularly, so a mat is a must. Still, I appreciate the lower dust levels and the fact that my cats took to it right away. Would I switch to this permanently? Maybe, if I can figure out a way to manage the tracking better!

Works well for foster kittens
I only used this with my foster kittens who are confined to a small space and make a big mess already, which works out because this litter does seem to track more than other litters I’ve used. It’s easy enough to clean up though and while the scent is kind of strange, it helps cover up the general stink of multiple kittens. Haha! On the major plus side, it does clump really well, and it doesn’t seem to get stuck in their paws. The lightweight bag is easy to maneuver, too.

Very different from regular litter but I like it. Smells nice. Doesn’t get “muddy” like clay litter but kind of beads around the moisture. Cats seem to like it.

I really wanted to love it, but it’s just so messy compared to their pea husk litter! It doesn’t clump as well as their other litter and tracks everywhere like traditional clay (except you can see the chunky white balls all over the floor; they kind of look like styrofoam confetti)! If it were to clump better, I think it would have a lot of potential. Other than the sugar cookie scent (which I enjoyed), I will unfortunately deduct stars for functionality and practicality.

I have used this litter in the small overnight tray for a while and was actually quite happy with it, especially as it is so light-weight.So I decided to buy two boxes to fill the main tray. However, our cats disagreed with this change. They did not even dig or bury their waste which caused quite the smell. Additionally the fluid just puddled on top and did not absorb.. so I had no choice than to revert to my former brand and discard the expensive new litter. Also don’t be alarmed if you use the litter and you find the first wee – it looks very yellow and you might think it’s vomit – it is not.Plus points: Super light weight, suitable for maybe a small kitten tray and on travelsDisadvantage: Absorbance, Smell and Colour

If you like finding tiny white balls (those are the litter pellets) all over your house, you will love this litter! I hated this litter for that reason. Would never buy again.
