ABSOLUTE HIT!
This was such a great purchase. As soon as I opened the package my cats were all over them. A great enrichment toy to have when I know i’ll be leaving them at home to go to work. It always helpful to have toys that will actually entertain them. There are many cat toys in this industry but unfortunately none of them have made an impact like this purchase. When they run through these I will definitely be buying more!

Fun for kitties
My cats go crazy for these when they’re fresh out of the package! Neither of them usually enjoys the long kicker style toys, but these ropes are an exception. My boy especially loves the dried gall fruit pieces, which he loudly gnaws on as he plays 😂 They do seem to lose strength over time, so I’ll add catnip or silvervine powder to make them appealing again when they lose interest.

Silvervine fruit / Catnip combo toy, durable rope toy to play with cat.
I introduced my three cats to these toys. One was very interested in the silvervine fruit. They had never seen it before. The ropes have a smell of catnip, though I don’t see any actual catnip. They all played with the new toys for a bit, but like most cat toys they only want to play with it after the newness wears off if you are playing with them. These seem durable, unlike many catnip toys, but although they supply extra silvervine fruit I don’t see how you would renew the catnip smell for the rope. All in all it’s exactly what is described. Tie will tell if my cat continues to chew the silvervine fruit. I did deduct one star for the “bells”. They are small and pretty much inaudible, and the attachment ring is pretty flimsy. I’m removing the one that came mounted as I think they may be a chocking hazard.
