My doggy LOVES this toy. He’s a really good tester for toys because he is a big chewer. He was so happy and excited to get this. It crinkles and squeaks. If a toy lasts longer than a few days with him, it gets a pass. I think the rubber wheel prevents him from wanting to instinctually tear it apart. It’s like he’s confused about what sort of toy it’s supposed to be…but in a good way. That’s just my dog though. He’s a freaking weirdo. Sometimes he’ll put his paw on my arm and just look at me like I’m his drinking buddy who just went through a break up. Maybe he’s just letting me know it’ll all be ok in the end. He’s a good boy.

Good toy
This was an adorable toy and my 10 pound shih tzu really loved it but the rubber ring came detached from the fluffy part immediately. Nevertheless, my Gizmo brought it all around the house holding it like a trophy. It was a good order!

My dogs favorite!
My dog absolutely loves this. He carries it around the house and never leaves it. It’s very hardy and he hasn’t broken it yet. He usually eats right through his toys so it’s a good sign this one has held up. I have to watch him when he chews to make sure he doesn’t choke, so far so good. I’ve given him different toys and he always wants this one. So this must be his favorite.

So. FUN! My dog loves this silly chicken! So many features wrapped up in one toy. He of course loved the crinkly wings immediately, then got obsessed with the squeaker. The soft plush material is nice but then it’s also nice to have the textured ring to grip & tug & chew on, puppy delightful! I also put some kibbles of food in the layers of the ring and he had fun figuring out how to get each piece at a time, turning a tug & chew toy into a fun puzzle.

I’m not sure how this checks the box of a toy, slow feeder…but it entertains the dog enough that he carries it around with him and sleeps with it.

My dogs just hate it for some reason
This toy seems well made and its fairly cute in an unsettling way, but neither one of my dogs has ever shown the tiniest bit of interest in it. Im not sure why. If I try to offer this toy, they go get a different one. It has a nice crinkle to it, seems semi durable (but can’t verify without them playing with it…), and is a decent size even for a GSD. Still – they dont care for it at all, so its not doing the best job as a dog toy.

I am very impressed with the HUGEME Chicken Puzzle Dog Toys. They are so well made that, even with two small pups that sometimes try to work together to take them apart, they are lasting a very long time. The slow feeder function means that our two pups have to work for their treat, so it slows their eating down a lot. It is also super strong, and has held up very well so far.
