Fun Toy in the Water, Easy to Throw and Good Size
We got the medium sized one for my 41-lb mixed, medium sized dog. This toy is great. We have multiple Chuckit! toys, but this one is probably our favorite.The width of the boomerang is not wide, where our dog can easily grab it in the water without looking uncomfortable or taking in too much water. I’ve found other watertoys to be too light to get good distance when throwing, but this floats through the air nicely.The mix of texture (rubber/fabric) keeps my dog interested in the toy. She’s not a super aggressive chewer, but likes to nibble/chew on things – we’ve used it a couple times for a few hours and it still looks great and has yet to show signs of major wear (although, we don’t leave it around for her to just chew on).If this starts to show major wear, I’ll patch it up or will buy another. I recommend this toy.

awesome water fetch toy.
This is a great fetch toy for when the ball is not appropriate in certain situations. Only thing is, being a boomerang it doesn’t come back unless the dog comes back with it. LOL. lost the first one already. so bought 2 more. they are fun. fantastic for ocean play. it can go a good distance out. durable and fun. only thing, and its not a product flaw its choices thing. We are not able to choose between the orange or the green when ordering. I tend to get green and thats a hard color to track. I would prefer to be able to get the orange on. that is easy to see in the water and on land.

Fun but only for the pool or beach
First let me say the quality is really good. It flies great. More useful than a ball for the beach or the swimming pool. Unfortunatelly not really playable on the grass. It doesn’t bounce or make any sound so my lab couldn’t find it quite often.Still i would definately reccomend it.

Fun and keeps her quiet!
A wonderful side benefit of the boomerang is that Pepper grabs the thing and quits barking like a fiend. This has become a staple, along with the hard, plastic balls. Lasts pretty well although she doesn’t use it as a chew toy. Loaded the first pic by mistake – that’s my glove she’s gnawing.

Dog Chewed it in 1/2 Before We Got to Try it Out @ the Beach
This is made of a strong foam inside, with what seemed to be a strong material on the outside. Not so. I gave it to my dog to get her aquainted with it before we tried it at the beach to make sure she would like it so I wouldn’t be the one swimming out to get it. 1 minute later she had chewed it in 1/2. I think it would have worked well as a beach toy, but if your dog is a chewer like mine then this is not a toy for them.

My dog is obsessed with this toy.
My dog loves to play fetch, but there is something about this boomerang that drives him a little bit manic. If it’s in the trunk of the car (hatchback), he somehow knows it’s there and starts freaking out. If it’s on a tabletop–even if my dog hasn’t recently seen anyone place it on the tabletop, and he isn’t tall enough to see the boomerang–he somehow knows it’s there and doesn’t want to do anything else but dance around at the edge of table in an attempt to will the boomerang to him. If this boomerang is in the house, he’s not interested in playing with any of his other toys. It’s like the toy is laced with something. It’s a little disturbing, actually. It makes him happy as all get-out when we take him to the park and play fetch with this, and he doesn’t lose interest in the toy even if he’s panting and in need of a break.I docked a star because my dog chewed through the lining within the first few minutes of unpacking it from the Amazon box. As long as we keep him moving and chasing after the boomerang, all is good, but it’s not a durable toy. He likes to chew but he’s not that destructive of a chewer. So keep that in mind and always monitor your dog when s/he plays with this.

Questo gioco , perfettamente galleggiante, è piaciuto molto alla mia labrador e devo dire che fino ad ora si è dimostrato anche resistente ai suoi denti robusti quando lo stringe forte per non farmelo riprendere. E’ fatto molto bene ma è anche un pò caro e spero quindi che duri per molto tempo.

Su resistencia es muy buena, tiene gran flotabilidad y vuela pero no a gran distancia, si tienes una mascota grande y que destruye tal vez no sea tan resistente, pero si es para jugar en agua es EXCELENTE.
