Great interactive toy
My overall rating is a 5 stars because our dog absolutely loves the toy! It is a great tug toy and “launching” toy for fetch… Although she doesn’t quite grasp the return part of fetching. She’d rather play “case me if you want it back!” I wish I had a better video but didn’t think of making one until we were pretty much done playing. But you can see she’s been playing hard up until this clip and is still wanting to play more… I’m the one exhausted. The rope part of this toy is what takes playing fetch to another level. Give it a good wind-up and let it fly! The weight of the ball carries it really far and very fast! More than I expected based on other toys one purchased. The first launch almost went over back wall of our yard! Skye didn’t mind cause the rope made it easy for her to find it in the ivy. She loves throwing it around up in the air and flinging it around like cats throw their toys around. The ONLY issue is, of course is the durability. This toy is meant to be an interactive toy only. Once you’re done playing, put it away if you want it to last. Especially if you have a dog that chews everything. It IS well made and of nice material, but no toy will survive her chewing skills. She’d have the rope chewed off in minutes. So it’s up to the owner to keep this toy safe! If your dog isn’t a chewer….I envy you and this toy will last a really long time! I would definitely recommend this toy for water or beach play as well. It’s a big ball, but the rope and the groves in the ball make it very easy for her to grab. And if you don’t want to use the rope to play, it fits into the groves around the ball and hooks into place. But honestly, we will never use that feature, the rope is the best part in my HER opinion! Definitely recommend and I’m going to buy more! I’m not thrilled with the price but everything is expensive these days,and if it’s taken care of, it will last a long time.

My German Shepherd loves the Chukit toys the only problems have been the poor stitching of the seams. We have had the kickball, the football, the rope fetch ball every one of them has been great fun but they all fall apart at the seam. Once they are sewn back together, they last.

Great active dog toy
This is a great interactive toy for you and your dog. My pup loves chasing and jumping for it. It is well made and so far has held up to supervise play. This is not a chew toy. I love using this to provide pup with exercise beside walking.

Fun tug and toss dog toy
Fun product that my dog and I enjoy throwing and playing tug of war with. I do wish they were more durable. The part of the rope where the human is supposed to hold comes apart during tug of war. I just tied a not on the end but not ideal. Also the ball can detain the rope after a while but my boxer is 80 pounds and pulls very hard so all blame does fall on the toy.

This dog toy is tough. It is my dog’s favorite out of many. The longer rope handle makes it easier for me to wind up and swing to throw it a long distance. The ball on it is rather large so my dog has to return it by holding the Rope. But she loves to shake it back and forth and Bash herself in the head with the ball part. If they made a smaller one it would be ideal.

Not very durable
Five minutes into playing for the first time and it’s already falling apart. My dog is a German Shepherd mix and requires very strong durable toys, I thought this would be great but wasn’t.

My puppy boy loves this thing!
From the time I took this out of the packaging, my little guy has loved this thing religiously. It’s soft but durable with a little weight, and the rope is pretty durable despite the small diameter. You can really twirl this around and get some real distance on your game of fetch. I’m new to Chuck It toys as we used to buy Nerf, but the quality of Chuck It is just amazing and the price is right.

I’m disappointed because I expect a brand like ChuckIt to know better than to design a product that comes apart so easily. Good to know I’m not the only one with the same complaint. Idea is great. I liked the size of the ball because it doesn’t get stuck under the couch and provides a different kind of fun for a growing puppy compared to a fetching ball, but sadly this particular unit was a wasted purchase I can no longer use and it’s not even been 2 weeks. 🙁
