Not like the other Chuck-it offerings
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I should’ve read the reviews closer because like many others, this ring was destroyed within 5 minutes of giving it to my 10 month old boxer. Granted, it isnt advertised as a chew toy, but I relied upon the Chuck-it Brand to be durable & well loved as everything we’ve bought in this brand in the past decade has been durable & the ONLY toys that have withstood my heavy chewers. Balls? Yep! Had some of the same ones for 5+ years & heavily chomped on. We only need to buy more when they’re lost in the yard. Fetch stick? Yep! Well loved & tugged over daily with both a boxer & pitt mix. Ring..? Sadly it met its quick death within 5 minutes of delivery.Wasted my money there but you live, you learn.

Don’t let your dogs chew on it!
I absolutely love the chuck it balls, as they last a very long time with my dogs. They are all over the house. The stick is ok too. But for some reason, the ring did not last a half hour. It was in pieces within that time. I will stick with the balls.

Some of these reviews are kind of ridiculous: saying something is great at what it’s meant for but bad at something it’s not, is just stupid. IT’S NOT A CHEW TOY. BWT, my car is an excellent car but a terrible trampoline. Anyway, get this for your dog; s/he’ll love chasing it. When you’re done playing catch, take it away b/c it’ll be in bits if you leave it with them

Durability, Sturdiness rate @ 4, why so I could grab your attention! This is a dog toy which is as durable as you want it to be i.e. we only allow playing with this toy when playing fetch, if we just gave it to our dog she would distroy it. (Chuckit brand is my go to for most toys, due to their quality and durability).For the most part I blame pet parents for the distruction of dog toys, the Chuckit ring is less durable than the regular Chuckit balls however the ring will go extremely long distances when thrown correctly. My husband use to be a great baseball pitcher until he injured his shoulder and can throw the ring over 100 yards or more and the ring continues to roll perfectly, our dog runs quickly to retrieve it, but slowly brings it back! 5-10 throws and she is done!The first one we got she bit a small piece off but it is still usable, we got another to have because they are great!Interactive toy use!!!Dog approved owner satisfied!!Thanks!

Cute, easy to destroy
I was hoping this would last a while like the balls do but the dogs had it destroyed in under 5 minutes. If your doggies are chewers I’d avoid but fun toy for non chewers.

Would definitely buy again
My 1 year old Golden puppy loves this. We throw it, has some bounce to it. She runs after and tries to jump up and catches it.This is the 2nd one we bought for her. I recommend getting the orange one, easier to find in the grass. We play every day at least twice with it in the front yard. She scratches at it to pop it up and gets her teeth on it to return.

These rings are meant to play fetch with, not to chew on. Yes, they are easily chewed, but last forever if you use them as intended, a fetch toy. My dogs and all of my family’s dogs prefer to play fetch with these rings instead of balls. We have the chuckit ring thrower to go with the rings and they chuck those rings very far! Dogs are obsessed!!! I buy them when they go on sale so that we never run out!!! Love this product!! I would give them 10 stars!
