The first one I got was missing the charging cord. Getting a replacement was super easy and fast.My one-year-old Bernese mountain dog loves this thing! Keeps him really entertained. I’m so glad I could find a toy like this that was large enough for him.

Not for chewers of any kind.
Oh my, super fun. My dog loved this dinosaur – and devoured it in its second interaction. Couple things. Zipper where the interactive chargeable ball sits comes open easily and in just a 15 minute play time I had to zip it back up 8+ times. Secondly, not easy to figure out how to charge. But no worries, your dog will play with it anyway. And all his/her friends will be jealous! But it wont last long because the zipper comes undone and you’re on a conference call and cant stop the dog in time to not tear out the insides of the beloved dinosaur and then rip the stitching on its head out. Would not recommend.

The dogs new favorite toy
We absolutely love this toy it’s very durable. I have a husky and a frenchie who loves to tug a war all her toys. And this toy seems to be on her level LOL i love how you charge it and it doesn’t need batterys. 10/10

My dog has a complicated relationship with this toy
I bought this for my boy to occupy him while i am on work calls. It works great for that.He was very confused and maybe frustrated? Vaguely threatened? I’m not sure, but he would drop it as soon as it started to vibrate again and would stare at it and then bark and growl at it. After a few days he seemed to realize that the vibration was part of the game and he started to engage with more zest. He still growls at it but he doesn’t seem nervous etc.Pros: He loves playing with it and it can always capture his attention. He liked the fact that there was a rope component and would often engage me for a little came of tug.The internal vibration component is a medium sized ball that is rechargeable with the included cord. No need to unscrew any troublesome lids on the toy either which was nice.This component seems fairly robust so I think I’ll be able to reuse it by sewing it into another toy.Reasons for 4 stars instead of 5:- the zipper is not up to the task- both in terms of simplicity and quality. My dog was able to figure out how to unzip it within the first 10-15 min or so. Maybe that’s just him. But the zipper is also not staying shut most of the time. I was/am able to realign the teeth for now but I don’t expect that to last long. After it’s not salvageable any longer, I intend to sew the vibrating component into one of his other more durable toys.- the durability of the toy is severely lacking. Once my dog figured out how to play with it – the “arms” holding the rope were quickly removed and all the stuffing with it. My dog is not particularly rough with his toys and has a very soft mouth so this indicated to me that this was a case of poor construction.All in all, I am happy I bought it but I will look for other brands for more durability rather than buy this one again.

This is not for aggessive chewers
My small middle size dog ( about 30 lbs. ) loves this toy but it only lasted 4 hours.

Zipper broke first day
She played with it for about an hour, and the zipper already broke

Did not last long at all.
Within seconds it had two holes at the seams (one near zipper and the other at the belly) from just my dog tossing it around a bit. The second time I had it out he managed to tear off the entire front belly and all the stuffing was all over. I literally walked away for a few minutes and came back to a mess! My dog now not an aggressive chewer. If anything he picks it up and flings it into the air. I had high hopes for this one lasting as the material seemed to be thicker and stronger than the other toys I’ve tried. But this was not the case.
