   Works well
   I have a few feral cats I have trapped and spade/neutered. They still hang around. I decided to get a heated feeder to prevent the water from freezing and keep the food warm. It seems to be working well. The water is warm to the touch. The soft food doesn’t have time to dry out as it is eaten quickly. I have a separate bowl for the hard food as it doesn’t need to be heated. The cats seem quite happy with the warm water and food. I live in an area where it gets down to freezing at night and warms up above freezing most days. I have had no problem with the water evaporating even though I am in a very dry climate. The cord was more than long enough to reach the outlet. The cord is very well designed to prevent any concerns about getting wet or chewed. It is very easy to clean. I am grateful I don’t need to worry about the product getting wet even though we rarely get snow or rain. The feeder is under my entry way cover for a protection. Apparently this is working quite well and the cats are pleased as I have gone from 1-2 cats to 3 cats a day. I am grateful knowing it is safe and I don’t need to worry about freezing water. There is no light indicating it is on. Once I realized this I was happy without any indicator light. I am thrilled with the ease of this products use and its functionality. The price was fine for product quality.

   So far, so good!
   I got this for the feral cat(s) that roam around my house. Put it out yesterday with canned food and water. After 24 hours of 9° weather, I’m happy to report that,while the food was eaten through the night, the water is cold BUT DID NOT FREEZE. This is a game changer! The bowl sizes are good and deep and heavy and the design and quality is good. Cleaning will require me to wipe out the bowls as they are not removable, but I assume that’s because of the heating element…not a problem. The cord is well protected and you can use a outside rated extension cord if necessary. I recommend this dual bowl for any pets that spend time outside!

   I actually had to change my review. I first gave it 3 stars and said worked great but died in 3 months. It did not die. So sorry if I mislead anyone. My outside outlet needs a better cover. I think water got in during a storm and it tripped which is why the bowls stopped working. I reset outlet and bowls work again. All animals love this thing. Stray cats, possums, birds, squirrels, chipmunks, racoons, etc.I love this bowl because it keeps it from freezing but doesn’t overheat the water as others did i bought in the past. Some bowls heated way too much and the water evaporated quickly and I was constantly refilling. This is perfect. Will be buying more. Definitely recommend.

   Works great
   The arctic cold temps hit early this season. My neighbors don’t care for their cats so I feed them and provide them water. They also don’t bother my chickens when they have food. My water bowl heater from last year was worthless and locally I could only find 6qt heated bowls. I don’t need that large for a few cats. I found this bowl and i was the perfect size. It was 10 degrees when I plugged it in and so far, works great. It’s keeps the food and water from freezing. I had never considered the frozen kibble could be bad for cats to eat, but from what I read, it’s not great. My only dislike is the bowls cannot be removed for easier cleaning. You have to unplug it and bring the entire thing inside. It’s still early in the season, but so far it’s a great product that works as it should. The price is decent. If it doesn’t work next year, I think it would be worth purchasing it again even for another year due to the price. I will update another time to let you know if it lasted through the winter.

   Outdoor Heated food and water bowl
   I feed a few strays cats and the food and water were freezing in the cold weather , I ordered this heated bowl and it wonderful we’ve had below zero temps and the food and water stayed warm easy to remove the bowls to clean, very sturdy long cord protected by a covering fir outside use .very pleased with the product

   Great for outside Animals
   This warming bowl has been great for the outside cats. It keeps their water from freezing and they have clean drinkable water. The bowls come out and can be cleaned. The cord has a sturdy covering so animals can’t chew through it.

   Works well for outside stray cat. Well made.
   We purchased this to use under a covered porch for a stray we feed. Both bowls work well as water dishes. This is well made and very functional during winter months. Just unplug for warmer weather.

   Terrific product!
   I’m so happy I finally decided to get a heated water and food dish for the 5 outside feral cats that I’ve been caring for and this one has been great so far, I’ve had it just about 2 months now. We’ve had several days or nights with below zero temps and it’s kept the food and water from freezing. I put canned food in one side and water in the other, I do add some warm water to the canned food otherwise if the cats don’t get to it right away or don’t eat it all at once it does start drying out so adding extra water helps. No more frozen and wasted food and no more multiple daily trips outside to empty frozen water bowls and refill!I’d totally love it if they made a heated 3 dish option for wet food, kibble and water, that would be perfection! Hint hint, 😉😉!
