HOW STINKING CUTE IS THIS PRINT?!?! I’m in love!!!! I got this for our pug, and teacup yorkie for our boat days (we live in Florida) – to keep them cool. This mat gets super cold! It’s got some type of a material inside of it that creates a cool gel when it interacts with the water, it’s also super cushioning too since it’s a gel material.

It feels refreshingly cool to the touch, and I can confidently use it for my dog!An additional benefit I discovered is that my dog no longer gets anxious, barks incessantly, or constantly drinks water and urinates while lying on the pad. If my chihuahua ain’t scared of it, it has to be a good thing
My chihuahua is a finicky brat but she took to this nicely when we had our first 90 degree day in central washington. It works!

Gel inside is messy, but it is cool to the touch when filled with water. Not insanely cold but cool enough to work well indoors or not during a heatwave, wish it was easier to change out water, but this seems like the type of thing to rarely need changing.

This product didn’t hold up well. It only lasted a couple of weeks. My Westie shredded it quickly.
