Great solution for keeping dogs surgery incisions clean and protected after surgery
Used this instead of a cone or something to protect my dogs incisions after a major surgery. My dog is very calm and smart but after having his last tumor removed he was scratching as he healed. Obviously I couldn’t let him but I also wanted him to be comfortable. We live in a tiny home w small hallways. He’s also very fluffy and we live in Florida so I wanted him to be able to stay cool. It was important that he could sleep and rest too. I tried all the other options including soft fabric collars and inflatable ones. These shirts are amazing! If in a similar situation I highly recommend investing in a few shirts made for your size dog,don’t waste time trying to make or alter something like I did! I got 5 of these shirts in different colors so I could switch them out everyday to keep his wound clean. I had to get a larger size than recommend. My dog is a large sheltie and has dainty legs but a lot of chest fluff. I didn’t want it tight on his chest where his fur and wound was. I ended up getting 2 sizes bigger than recommend for his measurements. I got 3 sizes originally and tried them on him and returned the smaller ones. Preparing ahead made a huge difference in this recovery for him and myself! These go on easily, launder well and look cute. I had to cuff the sleeves but that was easy. His wounds healed faster this time because I was able to keep them protected and clean easier. The fabric is smooth and didn’t hold static. I’m very happy w these shirts.

Good fitting shirt
I’ve used this shirt on two separate occasions for my dogs that needed surgery. Both dogs tolerated the shirt quite well. It was loose enough to get it on and off easily and covered incisions perfectly (chest and stomach for one dog and shoulder for the other dog). And they both received multiple compliments when wearing!!

Very cute, summer weight shirt
Thin and breathable. I got a few of these for my 85 lb mixed breed post surgery. She is shaped like the model dog in the picture and it fit her perfectly. She loved her clothes! I purchased the style with sleeves too, but needed to roll them up because my dog did not like her elbows restricted by sleeves. The sizing was accurate but there is some stretch. It is on the thin side, but it is cotton and worked perfect for my dog’s needs.

True to size. I measured my dog and went with closest to her measurements usung size chart. Got it to match my shirt for an animal rescue event.

Golden days era approved .
I was super excited to receive this doggy pull over! Tie dye has been in style forever! Never gets old! The product is super soft. My baby girl looks beautiful with it on! Happy fur mom and happy old little lady ❤️. I got size 4x just to be sure I did not see any other reviews with a baby similar to mine so here is mine, get it you won’t regret it.I will be ordering in other styles. Came two days late , although Amazon was at fault not necessarily the seller.

Runs small.
Runs small. I did manage to squeeze my dog into them but he looks like a stuffed sausage. And I did carefully measure him before buying. The elastic opening that stretches to the tail in the picture does not actually stay open but sprigs back close to his front arm pits. Luckily, I have another smaller dog who can probably wear them.
