It was wonderful!It works really well but one of my dogs just ain’t having itWorks as advertised.I have two Huskies that will run from any noise, from the vacuum cleaner to a blow dryer. With that in mind, this new system for grinding/trimming their nails is so quiet that they don’t run from it. Now that we’ve covered the sound levels. The grind stone works great and is easy to set up and use.Great product and great seller!
