Very soft dog cooling blanket
Our 8 month old Austrian Cattle Dog and Shepard mix, has an exceptionally fluffy and thick coat of hair. With Sumner fast approaching, I thought it would be a good idea to see if he would enjoy having a dog cooling blanket laid out across the backseat of the car, on top of his thick black doggie seat cover.Features: 1) The blanket is light weight, very soft to the touch and measures approximately 31.25″ L x 20.5″ W. 2) The blanket is advertised for small and medium dogs. Note: the size indicated above may not be suitable for some medium size dogs. I recommend measuring your dogs bed and search the Amazon site for a cooling blanket that is at least the same size or larger than the size of your dogs bed. 3) The prominent side of the blanket is soft, cool to the touch and is a light blue color with a snowflake design on the fabric. The reverse side is soft, not cool to the touch and is a grey and white stripe fabric. 4) The two fabrics are joined together with stiching around the outer edge of the blanket. There does not appear to be any material between the two fabrics.Fabric: not indicated by the sellerCare: per the seller, the blanket is washable. Since there were no care instructions provided, I did some research which recommends washing in cold or warm water. Air drying or drying on a low heat setting to maintain the cooling properties of the blanket.I gave this very soft dog cooling blanket 3 stars due to it being smaller than advertised, for the seller not providing any information about the fabric, no info about the material used to provide the cooling sensation and for not providing any information concerning the proper care of the product.

Cools off my pets so well
I got the smaller version of this cooling mat and my pets love it! I have mine on my cat condo and both my cat and dog love to use it. It’s not as thick as I’d like it to be but it works great regardless. My maltesse lays on it perfectly but I would recomend getting a large mat for medium/large dogs.
