Ingenious bully stick holder WITH slow feeding puzzle to keep pooch entertained
What can I say?? We spoil our dog with the best of everything. Truly a ridiculous number of toys of all kinds, but we’ve never before considered giving him a bully stick holder to enhance his gnawing tendencies. So, WHY do YOU need a bully stick holder?? …and just what IS a bully stick — well, it’s those dried rawhide sticks dogs just love to chew on, but the problem can be holding them awkwardly between the paws … not to mention the potential choking hazard when the bully stick gets down to a small size. That’s what is addressed by a bully stick holder like this one from the JKWLBTC company. The holder is sort of shaped like a large egg, contains a screw-type clamp that holds on to bully stick for your dog while he chews, and even contains a unique puzzle feature that holds kibble-sized dog treats that can only be released when your dog nudges, paws or whacks it around; there is even a rotating collar mechanism that restricts the rate at which the kibble will fall out, lengthening your dog’s fun, self-entertaining activity.Of all the expensive dog toys on the market, this one is available at a modest price, and my dog would give two enthusiastic thumbs up — if he had thumbs. From me, it gets 5 Stars and I can’t imagine you’d be disappointed, either. Now, get out there and CHEW!PRODUCT REVIEWED: Dog Food Puzzle Toy Adjustable Treat Dispensing Food Dispenser Slow Feeder Bowls Puppy Enrichment Toy Ball Dog Interactive Chase Training Toys for Small Medium Large DogsBRAND: JKWLBTC

    Keeps my dog engaged
Nice puzzle toy. It has two compartments: one for small treats or kibble, which is easy to load, and another for larger chews. I haven’t tried the chew section yet, but it looks roomy and easy to clean. The toy feels well made and sturdy. I’m not worried about my dog chewing it up, which is great. Cleaning the smaller section takes a little more effort. I recommend a flexible brush, but it’s manageable.I like that you can adjust the opening where the treats come out. That helps keep the treats from getting stuck. It kept my dog interested for a while and he seems to enjoy it. Overall, it’s a solid option, a good value, and feels like it will hold up well over time.

Great multi-purpose treat/bully holder to occupy dogs!!
I have an 11lb toy fox terrier. He is an aggressive chewer and has lost some teeth chewing the small bones for very aggressive chewers. We switched to bullies, but if he isn’t watched, he will swallow the last part of the bone. After a few trips to the vet for digestive issues we decided to do a little preventive maintenance. We got this to try to stop him from completely eating the bully. The holder could be tightened really well. I like that. It holds the item nice and tight in place and notches on. My guy was even able to carry the holder by the bully. So, even though it’s a large looking item, it’s not heavy. It’s a very lightweight.I am happy with the toy for that part of it.The treat part of the toy has a hole to make smaller or bigger depending on the food or treat size. My guy is really smart, and very driven, so I tried to make it hard by making the hole very small. It only kept him busy for a few minutes because he figured out how to open the hole for all the food to come out right away.He also started chewing on the top part of the toy because he could get his teeth around the nubs (that might be ears?) at the top. He has scraped it up with his teeth pretty good. I had to pick it up and would not recommend leaving it down or would watch if you have an aggressive chewers like I do.Overall, it’s a good toy to hold the bully and a little extra for the treat part.He really enjoys playing with it on its own and with a treat in it.

Good for 6-month old pets and up
The Dog puzzle is a very unique product but it isn’t for a puppy. With my older dog it did intrigue him and he spent time with it figuring out how to get it open. He even loved how it held the stick for him to chew on but it took some getting use to since he likes to have his paws around it. My puppy smelled it, but quickly lost interest when there wasn’t instant response as I saw in my older dog. I’ve given it a week or so and they both are getting the hang of it, especially the older one, but the puppy still does not have the patients or the mental capacity for it at this current time. The item is very rugged and will take a beating as I found out with the older impatient dog, and also strong and bite resistant while still worrying about older and puppy teeth. I would suggest this for definitely a 6-month and older dog.

    Hard & Slippery
I got this for my dogs because I always worry when their treat “sticks” or “bones” or “chews” get too small. I don’t want them to choke on them. I have one silly dog that even lays on her back to chew a bone. Way too stressful! Unfortunately this did not fit the larger Yak Chews like I hoped it would, but it does fit smaller sticks. It takes a pretty good effort to get them to be tight enough, but once it is, it held it tight for even my aggressive chewer. They liked the treat dispenser part, puzzles are great for dogs and this was something they had to figure out. Once they did, the treats/kibble came out easily. What I did not like is the hard plastic it is made out of. From the photos I didn’t realize it was made out of this type of material. The problem with it is, it’s slick and hard for them to hold and it rolls like crazy on the floor, and loudly. I’m not sure we will keep using this and am trying another bully stick holder. Just too slippery. But it does do what it’s intended to for the most part. So if you don’t mind hard plastic and have thin treats that fit, you might like it.
