An investment worth every cent for my high-energy Border Collie. He has a habit of eating quickly and he’s always in need of interaction with humans in order to release his vigorous energy, and this puzzle feeder delivers on that front. The design is solid and well-thought-out, able to withstand his intense interactions without moving. The suction cups on the bottom keep it anchored securely on my dining room’s tile floor, no matter how aggressively he goes at it. The setup is simple, and cleaning it is straightforward—a quick rinse is usually all it takes. It’s refreshing to see a product that prioritizes slow feeder and mental stimulation. Best on Amazon, just not for large kibble.
Best quality on Amazon, but large kibble doesn’t fit through the holes. My dog never stepped on it to dispense it herself. This product kept her from being anxious when her bowl was empty because the flaps covered up the food. It slowed down her feeding.

A slow feeder wasn’t slow enough for my dog
My dog is able to finish his slow feeder bowl I used to use in 10-15 seconds. I knew he needed something that would slow him down even more, so when this arrived, I was relieved! This video is him after only having it for 3 days! He was already a master at day 2! It slows him down so much, as well as providing mental stimulation and nail filing! He used to go bug our other dog who eats slowly, but now he’s right at her pace!It was very easy for him to learn, which was nice because this scaredy cat is scared of everything new at first.This is how I trained him:I let him watch as I put the food in, and pressed the button. Then, after I let him investigate for himself, I slightly lifted one of the flaps covering the food, so he needed to push it up with his nose. Repeated this until he understood. Next, after the first round of food was gone, I made him “shake” or “paw” and I pushed the button down with his paw. This was the hardest part for him, but he got it quickly, and now he’s a pro!I personally don’t use the floor grip, because I find it funny when he moves it around and needs to figure out how to get it unstuck at times. I am able to fit 2 cups of food comfortably in the dish. It’s also just as easy to fill this than it is any other food dish, which makes this one stand out compared to other dog puzzles that take forever to set up.I am very very impressed with this product! Better than a slow feeder!

Decent Slow Feeder but has Design Flaw
I purchased this slow feeder for mental stimulation for my dog, and it’s a great idea, the execution falls short. The biggest flaw is the lid where treats are stored. It’s way too easy for my dog to knock it off. Instead of engaging with the feeder as intended, my dog quickly figured out how to remove the lid and access the treats directly, which defeats the whole purpose of the toy.It has potential to be a good product but the poorly designed lid takes away from the challenged and stimulation it’s supposed to provided. If its gets a better lid, I’d be happy to give it a higher rating. For now, it’s just okay and not quite what I was hoping for.

My dog is hard to please and he loves this
Totally cool. My dog really loved it right away. Now he’s slightly more bored of it, but he won’t go long at all before going right back at it. I had to give it 5 stars because my dog started trying to pull one of the little door flaps off and luckily the pet give you an extra one so I was like hell yeah. And it comes with a few extra sand paper sticker tops and everything. At first I was only doing treats but now I’ve filled it with his kibble and just sprinkle his treats in it. I had to be careful not to put anything too big or else it’ll clog it, obviously, but yeah. Nothing to complain about. My dog loves it 🙂

Lid doesn’t stay
Product would be perfect if my German shepard wasn’t able to knock off the lid so easy. Would need to use duck tape to keep on. Would also be nice if I was able to control which Openings allowed food to come thru. He learned in 10min and food gone in 10min.

Works well for my German Shepherd
This works very well to slow down and engage my German Shepherd. It’s very similar to a round one I have that I use as well. This one has a larger capacity. This one will hold about 1 cup of kibble. The lid doesn’t screw down or anything but sits in there good. My dog hasn’t knocked it off so I’m pleased with it.

Horrible design
First go around, the base won’t stick to anything so the dogs just push it around. Good news it it appears CHINA does not have a stranglehold – products are inferior and I wouldn’t recommend this one to my worst enemy. Great idea, horrendous execution
