Nail Clipping Tips
While trimming your pet’s nails, make sure you do not cut in to the quick of the nails.Use an abrupt, snapping motion while trimming. When trimming, do not cut into the quick. Animals with white nails have a visible pink quick. If your pet has dark nails and you can’t see the quick, cut a little at a time. When you see a white ring with a small black center, stop.
Hold the trimmer using your dominant hand with the upper handle in your palm. Squeeze the handle a few times to get a feel for how the trimmer works.
When using the trimmer, insert the pet’s nail through the fixed circular blade into the clipping zone.
After trimming the nails, use a small file to polish the pet nails smoothly.

These work on my large German Shepard and my small Pug.
They are sturdy and easy to cut precisely.

Arrived fairly quickly.
I like the promptness of my order. The clippers would be ok for small to medium dog nails but my Labrador Retriever not so much. Her nails are really thick & it seems to hurt her when I use them. Ugh So I’ll have to order heavier duty nail clippers for her.

Ehhhh
They aren’t very sharp. Spend a little extra to get a better quality

Super Dull
These sucked. We ended up hurting my poor baby more than we helped her. These clippers were super dull and caused her nail to crack because of all the pressure we had to use. Would not recommend.

Bought these to save costly trips to the groomers. Wish I bought them sooner. Easy to use, good quality, lightweight and sharp enough to do nails quickly and effectively. Comfortable grip and perfectly sized.

My Yorkypoos Dew claws grow quickly and until now it’s been a trip to the local vets and a Bill for anything between £5-£15 (depending on which claws need clipping)These clippers do the job with no effort required. Place over the chosen claw, squeeze the handle and snap! I will admit that the first claw I snipped was a edgy experience with me wondering whether she would become distressed. But no, she didn’t feel a thing. In less than 1 minute I’d snipped all four Dew claws. And then off she went with a spring in her step.

Does the job but you get what you paid for, not great quality
