Works as advertised…
had for a couple of weeks; came vacuumed packed-(so really no way to send it back if you’re not satisfied), easy to put together… plus there’s a velcro to keep the stair in place if needed….we have two <20lbs pets, so their weight/build doesnt distort the stair's function. Pets 'trust' that the stair will support them so they run up and down it. 🙂

Great quality
We have a 34in tall bed (top of mattress) and this is perfect for our 13# chiweenie. She used it up and down without hesitation. This went right up to the top with maybe 2 inches short. If your bed is a few inches taller it will still work because it doesn’t need to be level with the bed. My 50# grandchild slides down it and it stays firm, doesn’t squish at all. We have the dark brown and it matches our light pine furniture well.

May not be sturdy enough for your dog
So flimsy that my dog, no matter how much coaching and bribery, I did, would not use. I had to return it. Be aware it will be difficult because once it expands, you can’t fit it into most boxes you may have available and it will have to be returned at a particular place. When I returned it, I was told by the person who processed my return that these types of stairs get returned often because they are not secure enough for the dogs per owners.

Great for small dogs
This is the perfect item for small dogs. My dog wouldn’t use it because it was too small and felt flimsy to her. She is a medium size cattledog and weighs 60 pounds. I gave it to my friend with small dogs.s

Flexible use, small dogs can easily use it.
Flexible use, as you can separate the steps midpoint.The zipper breaks easily, however the velcro will keep the two pieces intact.

Little legs need lots of steps!
It’s perfect and exactly what I needed! My 17 year old chihuahua has very short legs and was experiencing difficulty using the old steps I have to get off bed. My high bed makes it difficult to find steps that are high. But these steps fit the bill. I’ve been working with her to gain confidence to do the steps and so far she’s doing great! Thank you!

Item is not correct measurement stated
I ordered this step because it showed width at 19.7 but when it came today it’s only 17. 2nd company that is false advertising and unable to put back in box bc it was shrink wrapping to fit in the box.
