Great toy for dogs!
My dogs love these skull toys! Absolutely my dogs favorite toys. Eventually have to be replaced to prevent them from swallowing pieces of the toy but they love these things!

Durable, Dogs love it
My Frenchie is a crazy chewer and can chew up a nylabone in a day, so I was looking for something that would last longer. So far this is holding up, and is pretty durable. Both my dogs like it a lot, it’s easy for them to grasp, and chewable but still very tough material. I suspect at some point it’ll wear down, but not for a while. The size was just as described / expected. Not too small and not too big

It was a winner with the dogs
This skull dog toy was a winner with our dogs. It says that is has a bacon flavor and I believe it because everyone of my dogs wanted it. It’s a heavy rubber and is very durable. Perfect in size for my 20 pound dogs but the 50 pound dogs liked it to. The dogs chewed and chewed. It’s currently listed at $7.99 which is a great value for this toy.

Good for aggressive chewer
Our labrador retriever is an aggressive chewer. This toy did not disappoint! I like the cute skull shape. I don’t think he cares a bout that, but he does like to latch on to the “bones” and chew on this. It still looks remarkably in tact after a couple of weeks. He will choose this toy and pull it out of his toybox and bring it to the couch, so he obviously likes it.

You will most likely need to modify the opening for it to dispense normal sized kibble
I’m reviewing the Ouilter Natural Rubber Treat Dispensing Ball – 2pack (Orange).I ordered this 2-pack of balls to just use as a regular BALLS rather than as food toys. Given the right dog, this is a great ball. The wall of the ball is about 3/16 inch thick, and it’s very compressible and chomp-worthy. Please note: I don’t see this ball as chew proof and would not recommend it for destructo-dogs. The toy measures as claimed (3 inch diameter), but the pictures included in the listing give the impression that the toy is larger than it is in reality. Certainly this size of a ball would not be hanging out the side of a German Shepherd’s mouth to the extent that is shown there. The rest of my review pertains to the toy’s use as a food dispenser. I give it a 3-star rating as a food dispensing toy (its stated purpose) because, basically, unless you modify the toy (by removing portions from one or more of the “fins”) or unless you use tiny, TINY treats it might not be possible for a small dog to get the food to come out by rolling and bouncing the ball around. The kibble I use would NOT come out under these use conditions. Also, it’s not that easy to get the food in there in the first place. Pro tip: use a funnel. For perspective, the kibble I use is flat and irregularly shaped, about 1/8 inch thick (on average) with the widest dimension measuring between 3/8 and 1/2 inch. After getting a portion of food in there, I tried shaking it, rolling it, etc., and none of the food came back out again. Looking at the opening, yes, there is a space there that a kibble could fit through (at least in theory), but that just wasn’t happening. I tried getting the food back out again by squeezing the ball, and that worked a little bit but not super well.I gave the ball to my medium-sized dog (45 pounds) to see if she could get the food out of it. She’s not the brightest but eventually figured out that the only way to go was to chomp on the ball. It is a lot of work getting the food out via the chomping method, and in her case it ended up being impossible to empty the ball due to several kibbles getting soaked with saliva and adhering to the wall of the ball, glued securely in place. She eventually abandoned the toy, and my small dog worked on it for a while, flinging it around, and doing his best, but he couldn’t get those stuck kibbles out either. [I had to get them out.] Under these circumstances, there’s a nonzero chance of a dog getting frustrated and tearing up the toy.As a kibble-dispensing type food toy, I don’t think this toy is the best. If you are willing to use tiny treats or cut some pieces off some of the “fin” type things in the opening, it can be used as the rolling around type of food dispenser. There is a well-known brand of enrichment-type toys that has some items that require this type of modification, but they mention it in the instructions, whereas this issue is ignored here. Personally, I usually avoid toys like this (that require cutting pieces of the toy off) because you end up with a single level of difficulty. If you make a mistake, you’re stuck with a toy that’s too easy with no ability to ever make it more difficult again. I prefer adjustability. So… I guess what I am saying is that you really need to use your best discretion here. At the current price point (~$14 for two of them), the toy might be worth trying.
