No firmness
This bed has no foundation. It comes rolled up in an air sealed bag. It does not have any stability on the sides. The center is a huge puff that doesn’t seem at all comfortable. Waste of money.

Soft, fluffy but no form
It is soft and fluffy but it doesn’t hold its donut form. My dog seems to like it. The filling is uneven and the form is limp and lumpy. The cover material is thin so it likely won’t last. Will use it but would not buy again.
