Great tug toy
Update: Lately my dog loves this toy, we use it every time we go play with him in the yard. So, upgrading to 5 stars. Nice design and given that it’s been outside for a while, been exposed to very hot and cold weather, rain, etc. it’s held up perfectly. So, between the quality and durability and my dog getting excited to play with it definitely my thumbs up.My dogs likes this toy and seems to get excited when he sees it. That said, getting into a tug of war with it isn’t natural. For example, with his frisbee he loves the chase and wants me to play tug with it before he lets go. He’s not a huge tugger. With this toy he doesn’t seem to know how to play with it… so this could just be my dog. When I throw it he likes to run after it and bring it back, for which he gets very enthusiastic. I will say that it’s built well, although the rope I could see wearing out with regular use. I like the color, it’s easy to spot in the grass and when the rope wears out I think the rubber part will be bouncy and I can use it to stuff other toys inside or improvise in that way. If your dog is a tugger this may be more natural for him/her.

Affordable Dog Toy
My pup loves this toy. PROS: Super affordable. Double-ended loops for tug-of-war play. Middle rubber football shaped piece to offer an alternative challenge. CONS: not for xsmall dogs. Not for super-aggressive chewers. But with all that said, the product description states that it’s not for aggressive chewers. So this is 5 stars, in my opinion. I feel the plastic piece will be chewed off with time so if your pup tends to eat pieces, I wouldn’t give this to them unsupervised. Other than that, my pup LOVES this rope. I would purchase it again in the future.

Destroyed
My pup is small (Cavalier King Charles) and this rope toy has been used for about 8 weeks. He has pretty much destroyed it. Too bad they don’t last longer.
