Our mat protects surfaces by preventing water and food crumbs from reaching your floors. These placemats come in a variety of different styles and colors, allowing you to choose a design that matches your décor or your pet’s personality.
ABSORBENT POLYESTER FABRIC, WITH WATERPROOF BACKING (SLIP-RESISTANT): Patented Drymate material absorbs and contains liquids and wicks away moisture. The waterproof backing stops liquids from soaking through and prevents them from damaging or staining the surface below. Our slip-resistant backing helps to keep the mat securely in place and prevents it from sliding around.
DURABLE & LIGHTWEIGHT MATERIAL: Our mats have a soft, felt-like surface but are durable and long lasting. The absorbent top layer of our mat consists of a non-woven polyester fabric and over 50% recycled fibers. The bottom layer features our liquid bonded waterproof backing. Phthalate & BPA free.
EASY TO CLEAN (MACHINE WASHABLE): When your placemat gets dirty, you can easily clean it! Simply machine wash or rinse off and scrub with soap. For machine washing, do not use bleach, and always hang dry.

Not what I expected. Too small and very thin. I only had it for a few weeks before the corners started to curl up. Needless to say, it wound up in the trash. You get what you pay for.

Attracts pet hair, not easily removed
My issue with this mat is that it collects pet hair and does not vacuum up easily. It does say machine washable but I’d rather not put that much dog hair in my washer. Going to find something with a better material. This one is is almost like a felt.

Flimsy
It was very thin and flimsy. Looked like it came from a dollar store.

It can’t be cleaned
It becomes wet from water and absorbs food smells but it can’t properly be washed. Whatever I did, it kept smelling. I didn’t dare trying it in the dishwasher or laundry, it would have broken and destroyed the appliance with the rest of the stuff in it. And it also takes a very very long time to dry. My kitten spilled some water and this thing is still wet two days later. It’s completely useless.

Too small for what I needed it for
It’s always hard to gauge if things will work going by internet measurements. I went to Ross and found something quite a bit bigger and half the price. My dogs are 70+ lbs so it’s tiny for their bowls. If you were buying this for a small cat or dog it’s probably fine, but if you have bigger animals with bigger food dishes this is not it.

Is very thin and came creased. I tried washing it but the creases where it was folded are still visible and prevent it from laying flat.
