Wonderful Product!
Bentley is a Shih Tzu Puppy with soft silky, fluffy hair and using a cream rinse is important. I buy a good shampoo and I wanted a good cream rinse.IMPORTANT- All tangles and mats must be brushed out or cut out if need be prior to bathing.I learned from a groomer to bathe him by Shampooing and sudsing it over his body For 4 to 5 minutes, massaging it in. Then rents completely completely! Then I took a small amount of this cream, rinse and put it in a large bottle of water and shake to blend. It doesn’t take much Product to do the job. I pour it all over him and massage it in and let it sit two minutes maybe three during this time it literally replenishes and brings the shine into the coat then you rinse again, completely.Then I towel-dry until he Fully adjust to the hairdryer. But be sure to hold it at a good distance.I do love this product and the smell. It is so yummy.

Must dilute!
Follow the directions and dilute this with water – I diluted it but didn’t follow the ratio and I had to re-bathe the dog because her coat was greasy. Diluting is kind of a pain, but it also makes the product very economical. When diluted properly, it makes her fur very soft, shiny and manageable, and she smells great for days.

I’m very pleased with the conditioner I received.
Ordered this came on time. I got a new puppy for Christmas and she saw a black except for the little white on her beard. When I first got her, her coat was frizzy and definitely not shiny. All dogs that are black should shine. I use this on all my dogs, but her coat was fabulous after I left it on for three minutes acid direction says. I tried to towel dry her as much as possible but her hair is slick and shiny. And that’s just using it once I think it’s a great conditioner the price was great and I would definitely order and plan to use this myself.

I really like this product for my dogs. It helps in all the areas where they seem to get matts the most. So for making brushing easier on my dogs and myself-it’s worth doing the extra step.I know that extra step can be hard to do especially if your pet doesn’t like baths. But it did cut down the number of tangled hair and more. I know my groomer is also thankful I’m using it.I would also like to point out excellent customer service with this product. The second time I ordered it, the product came sealed in a bag, but it had leaked all over the inside of the bag. Thank you Amazon for placing product in the bag or it would be all over my other stuff.I couldn’t decide if I should return the product after it leaked. But my son pointed out that if I purchased the product in a store I would get a full bottle. So why should I accept a less than full bottle from Amazon? He was right. So I contacted Amazon/seller about the return. They replaced the product for free, and didn’t even have me return the bottle that had leaked.It’s going that extra mile that keeps me shopping with Prime. Best deal out there and I’ve found that 97% of the time Amazon and it’s sellers are outstanding. Outstanding like many of the products they sell.

Worth Every Penny
I am so excited to post this particular Review on this product. I have looked for over Five years for a conditioner that works on my long haired German Shepherds and Husky. This conditioner, not only softens the hair, but it also helps to release the undercoat and makes it so much easier to brush out the undercoat. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to clear almost an entire undercoat in one bath. I highly recommend this conditioner for any long-haired dog and or husky. I cannot tell you how excited I was after washing them in the Espree shampoo and conditioner. If you or someone like me who is trying to save money on taking pets to the groomers, this came highly recommended by a groomer on TikTok believe it or not.I do recommend making sure that you follow the dilution instructions on the bottle, and thoroughly rinsing your pet after washing and conditioning.

Först tyckte jag att balsamet luktade för starkt och att doften tog över. Efter en stor flaska så har jag ändrat mig och tycker den luktar gott.Konsistensen är väldigt krämig och tjock, balsamet är väldigt drygt och bör blandas ut enligt anvisning på flaskan med vatten. Jag har använt en mindre tom flaska och blandat i. Balsamet behöver blandas ut väl innan den går att använda i ett schamponeringsmunstycke, annars klumpar den sig och produkten blir kvar i behållaren.Rekommenderar produkten!
