Cute!
I swear sometimes the toys we get our cats is more for us than them! This is a cute bird with a hidden zipper on his back so that he can be easily charged. Mine arrived dead and had to be charged for a couple of hours. It has a red light on the hidden battery pack and turns green when ready. The cord is SHORT but worked well. It comes with a teaser cable, and to get the bird to work, I had to hit his stomach pretty hard. The cats had different reactions to it, but the one I thought would be afraid of it, hit it a few times and was interested in it. The bird chirps and sings and his wings move up and down, but it does make a mechanical noise. I found the youngest cat (9 months) was not very interested in it – only the tail feathers. I have not had much luck with the bird interesting the cats – only at the beginning because it was new. Now – just a few days later – meh. I found that them batting it DID NOT set the bird off, only when I did it myself by hitting the stomach harder than the cats did. It’s OK but my cats tire of it easily.

My cats love it! I hung it from the cat pole and the stretchy cord helps mobility and bounces around for hours of entertainment, highly recommend

Interactive bird toy
I got this for my cat Pepper, she enjoys playing with it so far. She carries it around the house and uses it as a kicker. She has to get a bit rough with it for it to start moving though, so it would be nice if it was a little more sensitive in that respect and is the reason I only gave 4 stars. The wing movements are stiff but not overly so. I like that it closes with a zipper instead of Velcro because I don’t have to worry about her opening it by mistake.She has another bird toy which is smaller and more lightweight that closes with Velcro and she has mauled that thing almost til it’s busting at the seams, I got this as a replacement and it looks like it might stand up to her evil ways.

Our cats are destroying the bird
I have two British shorthairs both in the toddler stage so they love toys. But this toy they want to kill it. It comes with a string that you can hang it up one of the cats likes to throw it in the air with his paws and watches it flys because the birds wings flap. I need to shut it off at night because you randomly hear them play with it in the middle of the night. Charge it and it’s good to go. I like that theirs no batteries.

A little bit bigger than I expected. Easy to charge. Has an on/off switch. Makes tweeting noises. Hanging cord and loop is detachable.
