GOOD QUALITY; BUTTON CLOSURE-SUPERVISE USE
I haven’t used this outside of the house yet but my puppy seems to enjoy it. It’s great to use when dropping treats as they don’t roll away. I do have to supervise while using it because it has a button for closure and she can find it easily although it is on the underside.

Great for “place” training
This is exactly what I needed for training our dog for “place” or “settle.” Perfect size, good quality and good price. I love that it rolls up and secures with a button for ease of carrying – no additional bag needed. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something for place training.

May is good and rolls up easily. Would prefer a Velcro clasp instead of a button but other than that I like it.

Button enclosure broke after 1 use
Button enclosure broke off after 1 use. Of course, I was using it outside of the house, which is what I bought it for, so the button is lost and I won’t be able to try and sew it back on myself.

Perfect for travel
We take our dog out with us a bit. This is great for traveling. It rolls up easy, has a handle, is a good size, and provides a “place” for our puppy.

Not well padded
Item has very little padding- more like 2 pieces of cloth. Button fell off after first wash. I had high hopes as I have had other cloth pads that were nice but this one is disappointing.

The stitching for this is all very solid and looks quite nice. The padding IS fairly thin, but it obviously needs to be in order for it to be rolled into such a compact roll, but there IS padding. I needed this so my service dog (who is getting up in years) has something to lie down on when I go to classes because the floors are very hard, but can be easily tucked away in a bag. The quality is quite nice and I think this is going to be perfect.

The material and workmanship of this mat are really good. I bought several mats, and this one is the most satisfactory. The cloth used is not afraid of being bitten, and the surface is very easy to take care of. It can be cleaned by wiping. It is much better than the plush mat. No more problems with the dog’s skin. I like the target design as it helps my dog get on it quickly.The button and handles help you organize it when not in use.
