Actually works!
I was a little apprehensive about this actually working, but it does! The smell isn’t too chemical potent, and my cat isn’t bothered by it at all. Lasts a long time too.

This is the cheapest and best smelling eliminator you can find! Easy to use, just apply a bit and voila! Poo smell is gone! Not sticky and provides some moisture absorption with clumping in the paws! Small and durable!

Love that it doesn’t add dust, but it affects how clumping litter works
Full disclosure, there are a lot of cats in this house. I have several of my own, and I foster on top of that, so I had high hopes for this, since it wouldn’t increase the dust that we already see from the litter, and hopefully would still help with the odor between scoopings. The smell is nice, and it seems to work well initially.Where it falls short for me, is that b/c the crystals disintegrate when they come in contact with liquid after using it several times, my clumping litter doesn’t clump as well, meaning that the clumps of urine/litter don’t stay clumped, and I don’t get all of the soiled litter out of the box, leading the smell to be worse overall than if I’d not used the litter crystals. This probably happened after a week of using it once or twice daily when scooping.The simple solution is to completely change out the litter more often (I tend to be a scoop and top off kind of person, due to the amount of litter we go through with fostering etc.) or don’t use the litter crystals with each scooping. Lesson learned. So ultimately, a good product, just be aware of how it can affect clumping litter, and possibly adjust based on that.

I was sceptical at first because I could smell the crystals but my cat didn’t mind the smell at all. I didn’t use a lot & it gave my bathroom a pleasant & refreshing smell. My cat doesn’t stink up much but there are times when I’ve first walked in my bathroom after she just used the litter box that it was ripe. No problem now.

Decent, but Not Strong Enough for My Setup
I bought these cat litter crystals to help with odor control in my cat’s litter box. The scent is okay, but it doesn’t smell fresh like laundry detergent if that’s what you’re expecting. Unfortunately, the smell wasn’t strong enough to make a noticeable difference for me. I’m using pellet litter (not clay), so my experience may vary from others. It might work better with regular clay litter, but in my case, it didn’t quite meet expectations. Still, it’s an option worth trying depending on your litter type.

Absolute go to for cat litter
If you don’t want that cat litter to smell up the place, I would HIGHLY recommend getting these litter crystals and placing them in the litter after replacing the litter itself. It smells exceptional and my kitten, now grown cat, does not mind the smell at all. She grew used to it but I could see how maybe some older cats might not like the smell or wouldn’t use the litter after the crystals were placed. Don’t add too many crystals and mix it in well with the litter, don’t let it just sit there after placing it. They’re small enough that they get lost in the litter but the scent is strong enough to smell great.
