Expensive, but otherwise good
This is an interesting cat litter. I like it so far, but it costs almost twice as much as what I’ve been using and I don’t think I like it that much more.I have large litter boxes, and I dumped one bag (6lb) in per box. I typically buy 15lb boxes and use half a box at a time, so that’s pretty equivalent. I did not notice any smell at all, and I’m sensitive to fragrances. I’d say it’s about average in terms of its ability to mask smells after it’s been used. It clumps surprisingly well, but I think it sticks to the bottom just a bit more than my regular clay litter. My cats haven’t complained about it so far. I don’t notice any dust or tracking. So, it’s a good litter, but I just don’t think I can justify the price.

This contains lots of natural ingredients.
I love my current cat litter so this is going to have to be great to get me to switch. My cat has skin issues and I am hoping this will help. It seems to work fine and the cat is satisfied. I am concerned about the price point and will have to see how this compares to my other brand in the long run.

so disappointed
I had high hopes for this litter. My poor 12 yr old cat is having skin issues, and we are slowing changing things to see what helps her be less itchy. And litter is one of the things we are changing. First, its not unscented. When scooping, it has faint lemon smell. Not bad, but we wanted something without fragrances. Next, the bags are 6lbs which isn’t enough to fill one litter box with the recommended 3 to 4 inches, so I had to dump in both bags. The instructions also say you will need to change out the litter in 2 weeks, which makes sense, but I don’t think the 12 lbs of litter in the box will last that long. Finally, for some reason, my poor cat keeps getting it stuck on her nose and the edge of her cone and its not easy to clean off. It clumps okay and it does scoop okay, but this litter is just not worth it. These issues I’ve seen don’t make it worth the cost.Update: after a week of us, my cat has decided she doesn’t like this litter and she refuses to bury anything she leaves in the litter box. I just cannot endorse this product that has disappointed me in so many ways.

Clumps stick to bottom of litter box
One bag didn’t fill my (admittedly large) cat litter container all the way to the recommended 3 inches. Even filled to an appropriate height with 2 bags, the cat urine clumps together firmly, but it soaks through to the bottom and the clump sticks to the bottom of the litter box. It takes effort to break the firm clump cookie away from the base of my steel litter box. Once the clump is removed I don’t notice any remains from the clump still sticking to the litter box.Over 3 days of using this, I’m not noticing dust (but the cats are dragging a lot of pellets out onto the floor). It also is not controlling the odor as much as my previous batch of cat litter.

I love this cat litter
I love the cassava cat litter as it works so well. Low dust, no odor, healthy, and my cat digs it (literally and figuratively). What I don’t like is the price, it is really quite expensive and I don’t know if it is sustainable to continue to use regularly. I will have to see how far 12 pounds for over $35 dollars goes, but it doesn’t look like the price point will work for me unless they either give me 24 pounds for that price or cut the price in half for the 12 pounds. But for the litter itself, this is great stuff!

good litter
Great litter. So far, I’m mixing it with what I have, but it clumps well and i didn’t notice much dust, although i might be wrong, since it’s starch. It also does track.I’m not sure I’d rebuy, because I’m happy with the litter I’m using, since it doesn’t track nearly as much, but this is good litter. Seems to absorb liquid well. This is fairly lightweight, too, so the bags are easily lifted and poured

better than sand
My dad is inheriting his sister’s cat. Enter the kitty liter. It seems fine, better than clumpy sand. I mean, at the end of the day this is going into the trash along with animal excrement. It’s admittedly easily and less gross to clean than sand.
