Great product, if a bit pricey.
We ordered the Jumbo Plus cooling gel memory foam bed for our 70+ lb Great Pyrenees. She destroyed her last memory foam mattress (urine stains during housebreaking) and they’re notoriously difficult to clean, so we decided to upgrade.After a warehouse mix-up (we were sent the Large, 2 sizes down) we finally got the right bed. It was folded and crammed into a box about 1/3 the size of the bed, but still laid out nicely, and after a day or so had fully expanded with no creases in the foam. The jumbo plus is dense enough that I (130 lbs) and my fiance (240 lbs) can lay on it without sinking to the floor underneath – we’ve each fallen asleep on it too!The soft suede-like cover has a great feel to it, but it’s a magnet for pet hair, and shows slobber spots clearly. Not a huge detriment for someone with a big hairy slobbery dog though – that stuff gets everywhere no matter what! We’ll have to see how to cover holds up in the wash, but so far I like the quality.I noticed some reviews that said the bed was smaller than what was ordered. From my experience, that is either due to a warehouse error (being sent the wrong size) or measuring before the foam has a chance to fully settle and expand after shipping. It never hurts to order a little big though. Our Bella usually curls up and only takes up half the space, but when she stretches out, she uses the whole thing. We probably could have ordered the giant size instead, but then we wouldn’t have any floor space left!So far, the dog prefers laying on the floor most of the time, but I’m sure it’s due to the heat retention of memory foam during a North Carolina summer, and she’ll use it more when it starts to cool off around here. The cat is definitely a fan in the meantime.All in all, a great purchase, even though it was a bit expensive. Just make sure to pull out a tape measure before you order, to see how big a space your pet actually needs, and to make sure you have enough floor space. Also keep in mind that memory foam traps heat, even the cooling gel kind, so a dog that overheats might be better off with an elevated cot.

LARGE dog bed! Great customer service!
This is a wonderful EXTRA Large bed. I wanted something for my 100+ LONG Rottweiler. He just didn’t fit well on my other large dog beds. This is perfect! He can lay across it and it fits all of him. Of course he wouldn’t lay down it for me when I wanted to take his picture, but you can see he has plenty of room. Now lets talk customer service. The first bed I received was not acceptable due to the foam being shrunk wrapped so tight that it wouldn’t go back to its original shape. So it was hard in the middle with the sides being as they should. I waited 48 hours for it to regain its shape and it never did….even when I tossed it in trash yesterday….it was still a hard uneven mess. So I reached out and sent photos to customer service. Within a day a new one was on its way. It is perfect. I also registered my bed as the company asked within 48 hours. They request you register it within a certain time….which I can’t remember what that timeframe is now…but do it. You need the number off the tag or info they send with the bed so keep all your stuff until you register it. It looks to be easy to wash and I just vacuum it to keep it somewhat not hairy…LOL. I will be ordering a second because both dogs love it and they don’t like each other so another is needed.

Reviewing Jumbo Plus (Pack of 1) , Kilim Black Medallion , Full Support Orthopedic Foam. Just what he needed! Zeus is 15 years old and 70lbs. With weakening hindquarters he wasn’t making it to the couch safely, even with multiple steps. I tried several beds on the floor in front of the couch and he didn’t like any of them. Too small for him to just get comfortable, even though I bought the largest I could find locally. This bed, he stepped right up and laid down like it was his and he knew it. He can just pick any position and doesn’t have to worry about not arranging himself correctly. The bolsters give him the feeling of the back and arms of the couch. Also, the color and pattern makes the border more visible to him, he is losing his sight as well. He steps right up and over the bolsters, no stumbling. The foam is firm and supportive, but not too firm. He seems to like the fluffy top too. I wouldn’t call it chew proof, but my dog doesn’t chew on things he’s not supposed to. I haven’t tried to wash it yet. Hopefully it will hold up well enough as this is sadly, most likely, his last bed. I’m just so happy I found this bed, and at a much more reasonable price then others of jumbo plus size.

The bed is great. Good quality and my dog loves it! However, the aqua is not as pictured. It’s a bright blue color that I don’t really like, but not a big enough deal to return it 🤷🏻♀️

This bed is MASSIVE! I measured before buying but was still pretty shocked at the shear size of this thing. I’m certainly not complaining though because it really is the perfect size for the 150-lb dinosaur we have living with us. I almost bought the jumbo plus size but my boyfriend convinced me his baby needed all the room we could give him so we spent a little more to get the giant size. I know it’s weird to say a dog bed is beautiful but the gray color is very luxurious looking and goes well with the color scheme of our bedroom. As you’ll see in the picture, dino-dog fits very well on the bed with a lot of room to spare. Great Danes are notorious for wanting to be as warm as possible so they tend to try and curl up as small as they can, but for the random times he stretches out his body to full length, this bed still cradles every bone and muscle. We’ve only had it for one night so I can’t attest to its durability or how it washes, but I’ll update the review after a month or two to see how it holds up. It’s an investment for sure, but as the big boy gets older, I wouldn’t hesitate buying something that could help make him more comfortable while he’s sleeping ESPECIALLY if it helps deter him from wanting to get on our bed so much!

I was very hesitant to buy the dog bed on line because my husband had before and it didn’t last long, nor was it as well built or made as he was led to believe. This bed is amazing! I have a big dog and she fits very well inside the outer edge. She is older and has sore hips now so I was looking for something she could use where she wouldn’t be lying on the hard floor. This bed holds up! I would highly recommend this bed, it is worth the price just seeing the relaxation on her face when she lays down.

I bought the JUMBO size since I have two 55-60 lbs dogs. It is just perfect for them both, since they love to cuddle. Although the fabric is very thin and soft, it has been durable thus far. My two dogs love it, especially the bolster and the soft fabric. It is about 3-4 inches off the ground, so it is definitely cushioned enough for their joints. It is NOT a HARD orthopedic bed – It is more of a soft flimsy orthopedic foam. The color is also very nice – makes the room pop!
