Within seconds of getting it out of the box he was curled up and snoring
Got this for my 70 pound American Bully, George. He loves it! He’s 11 and starting to slow down. We wanted something comfortable and supportive for our old guy. He usually stretches out on the couch or guest bed so we didn’t know if he’d use a bed of his own, but we’re really trying to stop him jumping. No need to worry, within seconds of taking it out of the box he was curled up and snoring. He sleeps through the night and instead of jumping on the couch goes straight to his own bed. Jumbo size is perfect. It’s big enough for him to stretch out, and the bolsters are great if he wants to curl up into a donut instead. There is even enough room for me to sit in the bed with him and pet him – I was actually surprised how comfortable it is. The mattress feels really supportive and cushioned, and the bolsters are pretty solid too. The design is nice. The sleeping area is soft and the cover is good quality – especially for the price. We’ve only had it few days so will see how it holds up, but so far we’re very pleased. And judging by George’s snores … so is he.

MOTHER TESTED, FUR BABY APPROVED
We order the Jumbo size blue diamond for our Pitbull. He is about 80 pounds, 7 years old with bad hips, so we wanted something comfortable for him. He was used to sleeping on an old mattress on the floor but it was getting too hard for my son to lift it up every morning before school to stash it away for the day and take it back out at night to sleep on. He would try to sleep in my son’s bed but would just wake him up all night so that didn’t work either. I’m so glad we found this! The price for the size and quality was so surprising! We had bought a different dog bed from TJ Maxx for $70 that was 2 sizes smaller, but supposed to be some “tempurpedic” dream…. But the minute he laid on it, it went flat and he would get off of it because it wasn’t comfortable and jump on the bed instead. Then when I was back at TJ Maxx searching for a different one, someone recommended this one on Amazon. My favorite thing about this bed is that the bottom part keeps its shape. It holds up to our dog’s weight so he is comfortable and happy. I made a video review if you’d like to see the size. Just remember I’m not a professional reviewer so I probably did a terrible job on the video lol, but it was an honest review that I feel like most pet owners would understand/relate to. As far as chewing goes our dog doesn’t chew beds/furniture so I’m not sure if it would stand up to it. It is well made though. We do have a smaller dog who jumps on it and scratches it like crazy in a circle to find the perfect position as if he’s fluffing it, And it has held up to the scratching with no wear and tear or holes yet. It’s been a month so that’s good. He has scratched right through beds in a matter of days before! All in all If I ever need another bed for any of my cats or dogs I will be buying this one again And I highly recommend you to do the same and save yourself the hassle.

Wonderful bed for large dogs
This bed is wonderful for a large dog like mine. I have a 12 year old Boxer who has joint discomfort and this bed allows him to sleep comfortably all night long. The bed is big enough for him to readjust how he wants and the bed is very durable. I would 100% recommend.

Extra Cushy and Plush
I was looking for a second bed for my two mini dachshunds to share so I bought this bed in a large size. It is very soft and very cushy and my dogs already love it, right out of the box! I’m very pleased with the quality and the design. I think it was a good deal for the price. I’ve given it four stars for now based on a couple of observations: the stuffing in the side sections around the edge is not solid. It is more like big pieces of soft fill and I had to unzip that part of the cover and really reshape one whole end of it for it to look right and feel solid. I also downgraded a little because I don’t think this is going to be very chew-proof. The piping that goes around the edges on the pillow is raised and looks really nice but I could see the dogs wanting to pull at that or gnaw on it. I consider these two things to be pretty minor, as my dogs are smaller and I don’t think they will be overly affected, but it could be problematic for larger, heavier dogs. I will update this review in a month or so after I’ve washed it and we see how it wears.

Best bed in the house!
My 53lb, 3 yr old, German hound mix had a double tplo surgery. I ordered this to try to give her the most comfortable place to heal up. She’ll be bedridden for at least 30 days. The first few days home from surgery she was very upset so I snuggled up with her and even slept on this dog bed with her believe it or not. I couldn’t believe how comfortable I was sleeping in a dog bed! All my friends have sat on it to see and everyone is so shocked by the firm but soft and comfy design. I got it in an extra large, which is much larger than needed on purpose so she would have plenty of room to spread out. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Looks great but the product hasn’t withstood my dog. The zipper should really be encased so the dog can’t chew the stitching. Random holes have started showing around the seams. The foam also bog standard foam – nothing orthopaedic about it from what I can tell. A waste of money!!
