Perfect bed!!!
My dog hates getting a new bed, but he loves this one. It is so thick and soft. He doesn’t want to get out of it. My dog is an 80lb lab, so I bought the jumbo size. I thought it was going to be too big when I was unpacking it, but it’s the perfect size.

Best dog bed ever!
Wonderful soft bed for my great dane! Needed something soft for him because with his age he is starting to get the many aging hip problems great dane’s do. This bed has been such a great comfort for my big baby. One of the greatest features I love about this bed is how easy it is to just unzip it throw it cover in the washer and dryer. It washes great and easy to put back together. Very sturdy and holds up to the weight of my large baby! The most important reason for the 5 stars is because my big baby absolutely loves his bed! Oh and there is enough room for his best friend my grandson to lay in the bed with him and watch tv! Note: didn’t rate the chew proof category cause I couldn’t answer it honestly because my dog is over the chewing phase but I don’t know what material like this would be chew proof cause this dog would eat through leather when he was younger!

Great Bed and Repeat Customer
We are super impressed and happy with these beds. This is the second one I’ve bought and it was for my Grandma’s dog. It has great quality and the outer fabric can be taken off and washed and dried. There is one downside to the bed and that is washing the foam insert. I haven’t found the best way to do that yet, however my dog is not in the puppy phase, so I don’t have to worry about “accidents” on the bed. However, you could easily slip puppy pads in between the outer fabric and the foam insert to protect the foam insert from getting soiled. Also, this is the first type of bed that my dog and my Grandma’s dog has not chewed up! Win, win!

Best dog bed
My dog has a few beds but he moves around a lot. I wanted to get him something he likes. It was easy to assemble, it’s soft and cozy, great quality. I have to say he loves his bed because he is always in it and he hasn’t got in our bed since purchasing this one. I have to get another one, so he is more with us when we are watching tv instead of being in the bedroom in his bed. He fits perfect in the one we bought.

Cover fell apart after first wash; puppy loved it until then
First, the cons: it’s not well made. The sewing job is subpar & after the 1st wash (on delicate) I immediately noticed 3 areas of major unraveling on the zipper, all more than 2 inches long. One was well over 5 inches. Also, since I have a pup, he is still training & has accidents. While the outer, soft cover is washable, the egg-crate foam mattress & fiber stuffing boundary is not. It needs to be replaced or immediately cleaned by hand (which we did) & air dried. They absolutely must not be put into the washer or dryer!I will definitely be contacting the company concerning the outer cover design failure.The pros: my new puppy (a rescue) took to it immediately! He is very comfortable on it &, since it’s winter, very warm. We plan on adding cool cotton sheets to it for the summer. He loves sleeping on it, playing on it & just hanging out on it. We tried repositioning it & he immediately dragged it back & plopped down on it to let us know it was HIS bed.Summary: we really wish it was made better, wasn’t falling apart after the first wash & of more washable materials, inside as well as out. We would also like an option of a cooler material for the cover for summer months. Our dog loves it, but as owners, we won’t purchase this or from this company again.

The foam egg crate was defective originally
I have been several of these over the years and never had a problem with them. This one is defective. The egg crate didn’t expand properly and no one answered the phone. I emailed them and they replaced the egg foam with a new one. I’m very pleased with the response. I will buy it again next time

Quality has significantly diminished from previous products.
Like others have reported, I bought one of these beds a couple of years ago and like it so much I ordered a second. To my dismay, the new dog bed is not nearly as fluffy, especially the bolsters – they are 2-3″ less than the previous model. I weighed them, and the new unit actually weighs .5 pounds less than the old. In other words, they are skimping on the stuffing material. Kind of feels like a bait and switch.

One side of the bed foam remains flat, flat, flat. Per instructions, I waited 48 hours, but one side had not risen at all.I will give this a bit more time, but otherwise, I will return this product. Even if it does fluff up as advertised, the out-of-the-box experience is underwhelming.Also – a warning to Canadian customers – the FurHave Pet Product warranty does NOT apply to us. I registered (I was forced to accept spam as part of registering), and the fine print says there is no warranty coverage for Canada, Alaska or Hawaii. Boo on you FurHaven.

The title should say it all. Hahaha!!! We have two seniors. Our oldest boy isn’t flexible so always struggled fitting on the typical XL beds from the pet store so in my search I found this bed. We bought it. And he loved it. He can roll around with no fear of falling off the bed, thanks to the bumpers (and he’s also learned if he lies down with his bum on the bumpers it’s easier for him to get up on his own). Then our other senior decided she loved the bed enough that she wanted one too and would steal it anytime he got up for a drink, food or a leg stretch. So now…. we have 2 of these gigantic beds taking up half of our living room. Worth every penny.

Ordered the FurHaven Jumbo Plus Velvet Waves Orthopedic Sofa Bed-Granite Gray (Code: 48649537) for my 1-1/2 Year Old Brindle American Terrier Pit Bull “Callie”. She is approximately 80-85 lbs and the Jumbo Plus Sofa Bed from FurHaven is perfect for her- she loved it from the first day! For the size of my dog I probably could’ve ordered the Jumbo vs ordering the Jumbo Plus; however, the extra room provided by the Jumbo Plus allows her to really stretch out in any position she wants! I ordered my bed on Dec17/20 and it was delivered Jan11/21 to me and I am in Canada. Sturdiness, Quality and Style are all 5 Stars (Quality Product). Total Cost taxes and freight in-delivered was $192.67 CAD ($150.00 USD). Because of the hefty price I give my review a 4.5 stars out of 5.
