Easy to put on, fits well, doggo warm and dry!
This coat fits my Frenchton perfectly. It has kept her warm and dry in the polar vortex of 2025! The shell is water resistant and the lining is thick, soft and warm. You can feel the body heat stored in it when you remove the coat. The attached harness is awesome as well, just zip and clip and you’re on your way out the door!One drawback, the buckle broke on this coat after using it twice but, they exchanged for a new one and so, 5 stars.

Excellent Design & Quality
Our little, short-coated dog was shivering on his walks so we looked for a coat for him. It needed to have a built-in harness so there wasn’t more equipment than dog. In addition to that, I wanted a waterproof top layer that could also reduce wind-chill, and a comfortable fleece-like inner layer. A hood was not required and would have annoyed him with his antenna-ears but something snug around his neck and chest was important. Peewee is a rescue dog with little matchstick legs which he doesn’t like being messed with so another feature was being able to ‘drop’ his front feet into the coat rather than pull it over his head. Being a male, not having material that gets sprayed when he cocks his leg was also necessary. It was surprising how few coats met this criteria and how expensive they were when I did see one that looked suitable. This coat has exceeded my expectations in that it has the design features that I felt were most important, plus it has breeching-type straps for the hind legs. These aren’t needed because the coat fits snugly but do no harm if not used and might come in handy on a very windy day. The measurements are exact. I knew the small size was at the upper limit for this dog but happily, it fits him very well. There is no ‘give’ in the material so if you think your dog is an inch bigger in the neck or chest, get the next size up.

Nice Coat
I have a coat similar to this one which fits our little dog perfectly so I wanted to get another in case someone should happen to his old one. I liked my original coat as it has straps for his back legs which kept the coat from riding up. I really like the quality of this new coat but the built in harness is far too big. Even adjusted to it’s smallest length, therefore I will be returning.

NO HIGH STEP WALKING IN THESE DOG BOOTIES
We bought these pink booties for our 22 lb cockapoo, who is all black. There looked adorable on her. I’m very happy with how they look. They also stay on her feet, and she doesn’t seem to mind them and walks/runs normal when she has them on. This was a huge deal as we’ve bought other booties and our old dog hated them and did the high step when he had them on. We ended up ordering a red pair in ext4a large for our 34lb Springer Doodle. He loves them. They add prot3ction from cold no salt covered sidewalks, but they are not waterproof. As we bought them for the warmth and layer of protection, we are fine with the lack of water proof.

Poor Quality
I was so happy with the ease of putting this on my dog. Unfortunately after 3 weeks the zipper busted open and my dog ran off. That was very scary. Thankfully nothing happened but that is a real hazard. I ended up sewing the zipper shut so I can still use it.

Super nice, very snuggly and warm
Our dog is ready for the snow! We have a chihuahua dachshund mix (16 lbs). I ordered a medium. It fits well. The neck is a little tight because he has a thick barrel chest and that is making the neck tight. I love the soft, fluffy lining and love the built in harness. Weather proof outer layer is great.

Bad zippers
I’ve had 3 of these coats for the last couple of years for 2 dogs. The zippers are terrible. The rest of the coat is fine but the fit can be loose even when tightened.

The jacket looks good and feels warm but the zipper keeps separating when it’s on.Had to return the first one, bought it according to the size chart and it was way to big.Not thrilled with it.
