This dog toy is honestly the BEST
Listen, when I tell you this is the BEST dog toy ever, please believe me! It is! I’ve spent so much money on dog toys for my pitty girl and none of them last! 🙃 She’s an aggressive chewer of her toys, and she leaves pieces everywhere. I’ve bought so many that claim to be for “aggressive chewers” and it’s not true. This has lasted over two weeks so far with not a piece of it chewed off. I can’t believe it. I HIGHLY recommend this brand! Buy it! You won’t regret it! I’ve included a previous toy I bought her a month ago to show you that it doesn’t last. The previous toy was triple in size and she destroyed it.

You need this if you have heavy chewers
I have 3 large heavy chewers. We have a 4 yr pitty, 2 yr rotty/pit mix and a 1yr old mastiff/Pitt mix. My husband and I would make bets on how long it would take him to destroy a new chew toy. We bought the black chew – heavy duty. This is THE MOST DURABLE TOY I HAVE EVER FOUND. They have chewed on them for hours and barely a tooth mark. Worth every penny! Only problem now is they won’t be getting new toys! lol.

Highly recommended
Love this toy! My Rottweiler has had had it for over a year now and it’s still solid! So far it’s the only thing she hasn’t been able to destroy.

Will last you at least a few days for sure.
Buy this toy, you won’t regret it. It won’t last forever but it’ll last longer than other toys. I’ve tried everything. My dog destroys everything. I originally started with a pink rubber tire toy from the dog store. She ripped it to bits before the day had ended. Red kongs don’t last more than 30 minutes. Black kong pretty much the same. I tried the Bark box super chewer with all those nylon toys which suckkk. Super frustrating because if she didn’t have a toy to chew, she would go for cables, the couch, the wall, the door, she chipped off some of my floorboards too. I was literally sitting in front of her watching tv And I didn’t notice. Then I found these toys. At first she didn’t like them because they do smell quite a lot like rubber but after the smell went away or tapered off a little bit she started to enjoy them. I ended up buying like 3 of these and then some doughnut looking ones, some tugs etc back in like March. I’m down to the last toy. Everything else has been ripped apart. This toy lasted me maybe 4-8 weeks and its soft enough that it probably wont damage your dogs teeth.

Tough!! But not as fun as doggo would like
Well it works as discribed, it’s nearly impossible to break, but it’s not in a shape that shes THAT interested in, If it were a ball she would have a blast, I request a Ball as your next toy. We play “Pull the thing” with this and she loves it.Any rope items she breaks almost overnight no mater the gauge of the rope.

Virtually Indestructible!
My 1 year old pit mix chews on this all day with serious jaw power! This is the only toy that he hasn’t destroyed. It is very strong (and heavy so beware when kicking it across the floor in the dark at night) 5 stars for your aggressive chewers!!

Doesn’t interest my dogs at all
Multiple people recommended this, but my dogs ignore it. Have had for months now. Will likely give away. Seems sturdy and well-made though.

Expensive But Built To Stay That Way
This Goughnuts MAXX Power Stick is one of the VERY few indestructible chew toys out there. At $27.95 it is fairly expensive but if your dog is an aggressive chewer and you can eventually see the visual safety indicator, the company will send you a new one under their lifetime guarantee. Like with most of her indestructible chew toys, our new rescue puppy, a six month old Irish Wolfhound named Piper, spends about 30 minutes a day chewing on this, evidently trying to get to the core. Once she finishes her daily attack, we put it back into her toy basket for use the next day. Then Piper picks out a new toy and the game begins once again. The main attraction to this MAXX Power Stick seems to be the way that the Power Stick “gives” when chewed on. Unlike other toys which give your dog the satisfaction of pulling out the stuffing or shredding the material, this toy becomes boring in a short period of time. You can either put it away for another day or do something to make it more attractive. There are a couple of ways that you can make this toy more interesting to your dog. Try soaking it in chicken broth for 30 minutes and then giving it to him/her. Now it tastes totally different. Or put some natural peanut butter on the ends of the stick to entice him/her with the smell. As long as what you use to flavor the stick does’t cause your pooch to have an allergic reaction, both of these should work well for you.Of course no matter what you do, your dog will eventually become bored with whatever toy he/she is working on. The trick is to keep your heavy/aggressive chewers busy with something acceptable to chew on and not let your doggie toddler wander around the house unsupervised looking for trouble to get into. When bringing him/her home for the first time, keep them in a small restricted area initially and then gradually broaden their horizons. It’s easier to correct them and set boundaries if you start in a smaller area. Your dog will quickly learn what is acceptable and what is going to generate the command “leave it”. Over time your exploring puppy will learn to leave certain things alone. Just don’t have a birthday party for one of your children and leave the cake on a table within reach of your Irish Wolfhound.

Finally found the perfect chew toy for my 3 dobermans. Wish I had known about them before.

This is a very weighty piece of natural rubber, which does what it sets out to do: make it harder for a big puppy to get their jaw around and bite down fully. There are some ragged edges from the moulding process that our puppy was able to get hold of, but all in all, this is now his favourite toy to drop on our toes
