    Dog loves it
This toy was a little more expensive than other toys – but the others do not last long. My puppy loves playing with Fenrir. We do a mix of tug of war and fetch. If you try to get another toy (like a ball, or her King Kong) – she just stares at you. She wants Fenrir. She learned its name in a few days (probably basically I keep saying it – you can see the mental excitement in her eyes and actions). The first day we got it, she started chewing the handle and broke off a small chunk. Since then, I now put the toy up when we are finished playing. It is holding up well this way and I expect it will last a while. Indestructible? No – I don’t think any toys are.Whenever this one eventually fails, I will be ordering a new one to replace it.One caution – the hammer has some heft to it. I threw it a little too hard while playing inside. It bounced and hit a glass door. No harm done, but I am now being careful not to do this again. (Not blaming the toy – I threw it too hard since I was having fun playing with my dog).I bought the medium hammer. My dog probably weighs about 35 pounds. This is a good size for her.Material of the device reminds me of the Kong brand of toys.

    Dog loves it
my pocket pit LOVES this toy and its super durable. be careful it’s pretty heavy and my dog likes to hold it by the handle then swing it around so watch your knees! It has doubles as a kong as you can hide treats in it

  3. Raymond Francois

    Dog hammer
It’s a little big for my dog but she will grow into it definitely to be durable

  4. Amazon Customer

    Product durability
This item lasted 15 minutes before my cane Corso chewed pieces off of it on both the handle and the hammer portion . A waste of money. I am trying to return it!

I’m not the best at photos but I did include a few all my dogs have played with this and I can’t believe it’s still around!! Nothing last here dog toy wise…. It’s a little costly but I feel like it’s worth it I’ll be buying another one so there two!! Great soy toy and tough

    Dog
My dog is a very aggressive to and she can’t chew this. This is a great thing to put your treats in and they can’t chew it up and have a cane Corso.

  7. Nathan S.

    Well made, not super durable
Well made product, has good weight to it. However, my corso ripped it apart in about 2 days and this was only during supervised toy time, not left unattended 24hrs a day for him to destroy. Decent toy for most dogs I would assume, but it’s not a Kong by any means.

  8. Jessica E. Tyler

    For your super chewers
I have extra large dogs that can chew through most toys and these are tough and a great value for a sturdy toy.

  9. Karen Twilley

The best toy I have found for my 8 month old pup who is the worst destroyer of toys I’ve ever had.He can still chew through the rubber but it takes longer to destroy and the rubber is soft enough so it won’t damage his teeth. This will be the only toy I buy for him from now on!!

  10. Amzn cust

Fantastic. Puppy loves it given he is teething and can go at this with no dramas. Great for hiding treats in. Can get a good 10 mins

  11. James F Strong

This is our second Fenrir Hammer Dog Chew Toy purchased for our Flat Coated Retriever. He had his first one (a large model) a couple of years ago and he has slowly but surely eaten the handle down to a stub, so time for a new one. We opted for a medium size model this time, more for our own safety as the large model is a heavy item and our FCR loves to bring things to you and then drop them on your feet. He handles this hammer with far more ease but we still use the old large head to fill with a pre lunch snack. Generally a good item for a dog’s toy box.

  12. Busa Rider

    It’s virtually indestructible!

  13. Amazon Customer
