Warm doggie
Best dog bed to date. Dogs and kids both love this bed. Only issue is there is no timer on it. It stays on until turned off.

Does not work! Never heat it up not once!
It is definitely not worth the money… The top is not comfortable at all. It feels like coils and the bad part is it never ever not once heated up

Zipper broke
For the price you pay for this I did expect a little better then getting this delivered in a trash bag. My guess is i probably got someones return which is annoying because i dont like buying used when it comes to my dogs. The heating part of it works which is all I care about but the zipper broke day one and the button on the side keeps falling into of the cover that goes over the bed and you can’t take the 2 apart. Because it already came strung through the beds cover. But I won’t bother returning it and risk them sending this to someone else. And my dog Grimm loves it even though it’s broken lol.

Good quality, safe, but “chew proof” cord isn’t all the way to the outlet
Got this when our dog got spayed because she likes laying on electric blankets and we didn’t want her jumping on the furniture until she healed. Good quality, the dog and the cats love it, safe voltage all the way to the wall. The cord is advertised as chew proof or chew resistant, but that’s only for the couple of feet coming out of the bed. The rest is ordinary electrical cord. It’s low voltage DC, so it’s not dangerous, but being less than a foot from the outlet there is plenty of non-chew proof cord in easy reach. That is not a serious negative in my opinion, just a heads up if your dog likes to chew. Completely safe even if they do chew through it.

Disappointed
Bed worked for 3 months and then stopped heating. It will not turn on now.I do not recommend this product

Easy to assemble
Only took maybe 10 minutes to fully assemble. Our senior dog loves the warmth now that the weather has cooled down, and its super soft for his joints. And he refuses to share his bed with any other pet in the house. Lol

Nice bed but heat stopped working less than two months in.
Actually really liked the bed! The dogs loved it! The problem is with the heating element no longer working. Hasn’t even been 60 days. Overall quality of the bed is good and the heat was great! It’s a shame that you can’t contact the company for troubleshooting issues or replacement parts. I can’t recommend this product only because of the lack of warranty or troubleshooting from the manufacturer. I won’t buy a replacement from them.
