Works perfectly. Warms water but not hot. Nice wide bowls so that whiskers don’t rub on sides. Quality product. Easy to pull up bowls withva finger slot. Mat is an added bonus. Easy to clean.

Perfect for outdoor cats
The water no longer freezes and warms the food just a little. If you don’t find lol the bowl to the top, the cats will drink out of the bowl. If you fill it too much and the cats are smaller, they will only drink if their whiskers don’t touch the water. This is a great product and it is feasibly priced.

I finally got my replacement and I must say this one works great. Since plugging it in the water and food are nice and warm. So glad this one works and my feral cat can now enjoy water and food without it freezing. I can now rate it a 5 star rating I got one that actually works. I’m happy and so is Shadow my feral cat he’s good to go now for the winter months.

Product arrived after a few days. Set up was extremely simple, all you have to do is plug it in. Instantly solved the problem of our outdoor cats food and water freezing overnight. Also put a cardboard box over top of it with one side cut out to help with the wind chill. Hope this helps!

This bowl will freeze water in fridged temps. The center between the bowls is not heated. Otherwise I would give 5 stars
