Tough, Fun, and Great for Training
My dog has a lot of energy and is always looking for something to do. So I was looking for an enrichment toy that would really challenge him physically and mentally. This ball is the perfect solution – it’s not just a toy, it’s a training tool that will keep him entertained for hours. The ball is made of thick, chew-resistant material that can withstand my dog’s intense play style. He usually breaks his toys within a few days, but this ball is so sturdy that it still looks great – no punctures, no deflation, and no chew marks. That alone makes it a great value for the money. We use it in the backyard for his agility and herding training. It’s the perfect size and weight – big enough for him to pick up in his mouth, but light enough to push, scream and “herd”. He naturally circles the ball and tries to force it into corners, which gives him a good workout. The surface of the ball is also easy to clean, and doesn’t collect clumps or drool like a soft ball. I just rinse it with the hose and I’m back to playing Roar.

Physical rehabilitation + mental training two-in-one
My Labrador had knee surgery a while ago and needed some exercise. This ball helped us a lot. It is not like a normal ball that is easy to bite, but encourages dogs to push with their noses and walk in circles, which is very suitable for regaining mobility. It is really touching to see him push the ball carefully and full of fighting spirit. The material of the ball is thick and durable, and he is not afraid of occasional fierceness.

just the right size for our backyard
Our backyard isn’t huge, but I wanted something that could be rolled or moved around without knocking into everything. This ball worked for that. It has a bit of bounce and gives some resistance when pushed, but it doesn’t go flying off into the neighbor’s yard. I like that it stays in bounds. The first time I set it up, I used the pump that came with it. It didn’t take long. Once it was full, I zipped the cover over it and placed it out on the grass. It’s held its shape since then, so I haven’t had to top it off or adjust the air much.

it feels super durable.
I got the 18-inch Jolly Ball and it’s been great. The stitching is really solid and it feels super durable. The handle is well-designed too—short and close to the ball, so I can easily carry it with one hand. Best part is, the handle is short enough that my dog can’t grab it with his mouth, so he has to push it around with his nose or paws. It’s actually safer that way. It’s easy to carry to the park, and we usually play with it for 30 minutes to an hour every day. After that, he’s totally worn out, and way less likely to tear things up at home.

My dog stays active chasing this ball
My dog took to this herding ball right away. My dog like pushing it around the yard, and it really gets him moving. The material feels sturdy, and he hasn’t managed to puncture it yet, even after some pretty rough play. I also like that the handles are short and close to the surface,he can’t grab and chew them like with other toys. It came with an inflating kit and extra stoppers, which made setup easy.

Great for High-Energy Dogs
This herding ball is perfect for my energetic German Shepherd. The material feels sturdy and has held up well against her biting and clawing. I like that it’s reinforced, so it doesn’t pop. The blue color is bright and easy to spot in the grass. It’s also a great workout for her. It’s the perfect size for her to push around with her nose and paws.
