Durable Fun Floppy toy!
My dog loves this floppy toy! He plays with it and flops it arounds daily since he got it for Christmas. He sits for it which means he loves it and he goes crazy flopping it around, throwing it , chewing on it and playing a little tug of war with it. Whenever he has excess energy, this is the toy he always grabs first. (And he’s recieved new toys since) He’s only 75 lbs but a mighty chewer, though he’s learned to save his heavy chewing for bones and antlers. We decided to cut off Manny Mooses beard or he would have just pulled it apart since he loves fuzz. Now he doesn’t pull on it with such aggression. The quality is equivilant to G* D*g toys in my opinion. I’d definitely buy this brand for him again.

Get the Octopus
Our dog loves these toys and he plays pretty rough. So far he’s seemed to love the moose more than all the others.. Unfortunately he ripped the head off pretty quickly and proceeded to try to destuff him. We’ve had the octopus from this same company for quite some — he likes it quite a bit and it seems to have a more durable design for rough playing dogs.

Perfect for our wolfdogs!
Hard to get toys for our wolfdogs that are not chewed up quickly. They loved this toy and are still playing with it. They still it from each other and are still playing hide and seek with it. They carry it around everywhere and also play tug of war with it. Great toy.

Loved to death in 3 days! Filling and squeaker removed, but carcass lives on. Doggo LOVES his moose!
Purchased as a Gotcha Day present for 6-yr old husky rescue who adores plushies and tug. This was PERFECT! He LOVES his moose! So much that on the 3rd Day, death came swiftly. Tossing, tugging, and ripped apart, Moose’s filling and center squeak were destroyed in glorious battle, earning its place in Valhalla. Once removed, doggo received its empty carcass for more play and adventure.A bit expensive for general toy purchase, but for a Gotcha Day present, I’m still glad I bought it and may purchase a replacement in future depending on how well the rest of Moose survives. Since it was torn along a seam on the snout, I’ll be able to restitch it closed. The fabric itself has held up better than I hoped, so I plan to use the sample fabric from the tag to reinforce the patch.I’m a firm believer that the cost of owning an aggressive chewer/large breed is replacing their favorite toys as they are loved to death. Much better than having doggo find other household items to play with that are NOT intended for puppy love. I highly recommend, but with the caveat that HuggleHounds love is doomed from the start! 🙂

A three-generation dog toy,
This orange corduroy Moose by HuggleHounds was the favorite toy of my first Australian Cattle Dog (ACD) for the last several years of her life. She passed away in my arms at age 16. For most of those years, she shared Moose with her “adopted daughter,” my second generation ACD, who loved it too.Their favorite mode of play was shaking it violently by one of its 4 legs, throwing it as high toward the ceiling as possible, watching it fall, and doing it all over again. The ceiling fan did suffer a couple of near-fatal hits. I did have to sew a couple of legs back onto Mr. Moose over the years, and the squeakers expired about Year Three. But other than that, this wonderful toy remained intact through two generations.I have never seen a dog toy with seams as sturdy as those in HuggleHounds Moose. And the heavy corduroy material never ripped or gave in to the powerful bite of two strong Cattle Dogs, although the squeakers finally gave in to external biting from two sets of very strong jaws. As you may know, Australian Cattle Dogs live to bite — no, not their much loved owners, but rather the stampeding back legs and hooves of cattle and sheep which the ACD is fearlessly herding across rough ground. Despite years of rough play and tug-of-war between the two ACDs, this toy survived it all, plus many washes in a front-loading washer and hot dryer. And so naturally when my third Cattle Dog puppy arrived last month, with its needle-sharp teeth and its “biting ways,” I thought of Mr. Moose. I wanted to give Sydney a gift that had been used by my two prior generations of Cattle Dogs. And Mr. Moose was willing and able. But I just could not bear the thought of moving Mr. Moose from his honored place on top of my Japanese chest of drawers – sitting between the two carved teakwood urns which hold the ashes of my first two beloved Australian Cattle Dogs. And so to Amazon I went, to buy Mr. Moose #2, for Cattle Dog #3. When I presented it to her, with a tear rolling down my cheek, she grabbed it … and immediately began to shake it by a leg with all of the strength in her 10-week old body – and she threw it as high as it would go. Mr. Moose narrowly missed landing a disabling hit to the ceiling fan, so here we go again. Buy it. It will last for generations.

Arm was off in under 5 minutes
Our German shepherd picked the duck from a local pet store all by himself.. He and our other dog loved it and tore it apart from tugging on it. You could tell our German shepherd was sad about it. We had named him Murder Duck and he really loved him. So we decided to get a second Murder Duck and a raccoon we named Trash Panda for our smaller dog. Trash Panda was without an arm within 3 minutes of the Amazon driver leaving. These are cute but no more durable than cheaper alternatives.

Not very durable
My dog had the stuffing ripped out within the first week.

Holds up okay
This was my dogs Christmas present. The first picture is the damage done the 1st day. Within the 1st 2hrs. Has lost the beard and one squeaker. My dog is a JRT/Min. Poodle/Min. Schnauzer weighing 26#. She is a super chewer. So all in all this is holding up fairly well. I would buy it again, she does enjoy it.

Peluche très solide. J’ai un husky sibérien de 6 mois qui brise tous ces jouets et il n’arrive pas a briser ces peluches. On a le raton laveur , l’éléphant , le renard et la vache. Je l’es recommande !!!

My 5 year old Doberman is enjoying this toy. She enjoys chopping on it and so far it’s holding up really well.

Our friends dog loved it

Love the corduroy. Cute, and my dog enjoys ripping it to bits. She’s only managed 3/4 limbs, and it still squeaks.
