How To Use
Fill the litter box with 2/3 of previous cat litter and 1/3 of I AM TOFU.Increase the proportion of I AM TOFU gradually until the previous cat litter is completely replaced.After the adjustment period, pour the I AM TOFU to a depth of 2″ to 2.7″ (5-8 cm). Scoop out the clumps after used by cat.The clumps can be flushed into a toilet or dispose into a trash bin.
Cautions
Do not use it for any purpose other than cleaning cat feces.If stored in a humid place after opening, the coagulation power may decrease and the shape may be deformed. If you throw a large amount of the toilet all at once, it may clog.Pregnant women and people with weakened immune systems are at risk of bacterial infections due to feces. please clean your hands after clean the litter.I AM TOFU can use with regular litter box and self-cleaning litter box. Finally a solution!
I have an extremely picky cat when it comes to litter. I have tried half a dozen different types in his short life.I found that putting this into a breeze box with breeze pellets is perfect for him, and now the automatic box is simply just a poo box, which keeps the crystal litter cleaner for a LOT longer. I think I’m actually saving money by adding tofu litter into the mix here.This stuff clumps great and I love that I can still use it in the sifting box. I scoop it daily. Never any smell. A tiny bit of dust but whatever. It only tracks right around the outside of the litter box which is fine. The crystal I find all over the place but not the tofu.He no longer pees in places where he shouldn’t. I am so relieved to have finally found a solution to his delicate sensibilities that kept him from using the numerous other litters in all three of the boxes.

Awesome litter for your cat and the environment
I was using a mail order tofu kitty litter that is pretty much exactly what this one is, but this one is more affordable and due to COVID, the mail in was over 8 weeks behind shipping. I had tried to be patient, but had to buy other types twice as I waited. I found this on Amazon and was hopeful it would be as good.I feel it is. Mind you, no litter should ever be flushed because it will gum up your pipes (if your cats have been tested and are negative for parasites and are strictly indoor cats, flushing poo is fine). I wanted however a biodegradable litter that was less harmful to the environment. I’d tried other types, but this is why I prefer this tofu kind:1. It smells herbal and fresh.2. Absorbs odor IMO. Other than when my one cat doesn’t hide her poo, it absorbs the smells.3. It doesn’t turn to dust/disintegrate. I don’t have to wash boxes anymore. I just refill with more litter as it does not break down like other litters do.4. It tracks less than other kinds of litter. Seriously. I don’t find litter everywhere. I have a cat who is part Maine Coon and she has thickly padded and furry paws that I swear she used to play with other litter brands like confetti as if to say, “yay, I pooped.” That does not happen with this litter-some kernels come out, but not much.5. Clumps really well. -As it should!6. Comes in 18lb or 6lb. I tried the smaller bag first, to ensure that I would like the litter. The 18lb comes in three vacuum packed bags. Saves me money and I get it on autoship, so save money, too.Overall very pleased with this product and thrilled that Amazon carries it.

One of the Best Tofu Litters
Flushable! A low tracking, low dust litter, that clumps well for multiple cats. Expect to scoop more often, but you won’t mind if you can flush it. With low-tracking you’re unlikely to find this litter in your laundry baskets. The peach scent is pleasant and provides decent odor control. We seem to use less litter overall since we switched to tofu-type litters. We also have a puppy, who occasionally will get into the litterbox. The tofu litter won’t cause her harm, whereas the clay litter made her sick.It’s worth noting, we’re using a regular non-mechanical litterbox. So I can’t comment on the effectiveness or compatibility of tofu litter in those devices. Also, given what you’re paying, you’re going to want to scoop and thoroughly sift the clumps to keep as much of the dry litter in the box.My only issue with this product is the high price, about $10-13 higher than its competitors for 20lbs. It’s a good litter, but is it $10-13 better per month (your mileage may vary)? We’re still testing other tofu litter brands with our 2 cats to find out.If price isnt a concern for you. “I am Tofu” seems to be one of the best tofu litters available. If the cost gives you “paws”, there are other comparable brands you could try for less, but you’ll miss out on peach scent.

Ah, life is so much easier…
I was using Kittywoo tofu cat litter for my cats and loved it, but unfortunately, it seems to have been discontinued. Before that, I used Dr. Elsey’s unscented clay cat litter for years, and while it was better than so many of the head-cloggingly perfumed kitty litters on the market, my god was it heavy. This is such a breeze to clean. The litter box is in the powder room near the toilet, so, if I can be personal here, I usually take the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone and scoop out whatever my kitties have deposited since the last time I was there while I’m doing my own business, which takes no time at all and makes my girls happy. You can even safely put number two right in the toilet.The one kitty was adamantly opposed to tofu litter for a long time, but then I finally got smart and started to very gradually add a little tofu litter at a time until it was all tofu litter, at which point she was none the wiser, and life has been swell ever since. The only thing is that it has a stronger smell then Kittywoo had, but it’s not necessarily a bad smell, and if you clear out the goods regularly, which is really easy to do with this litter!, it really doesn’t smell. The added bonus is that my UPS guy and the garbage collectors I’m sure are happier to come to my house now, too. Clay litter is not light. All in all, I highly recommend this litter.

BEST LITTER IVE TRIED!!!
I’ve tried so many litters, they would all get EVERYWHERE, stuck to my cat’s paws and the floor ):, I always try going for pellet litters just because they aren’t as messy as clay or silica ones, but every pellet litter I tried SUCKED. this litter not only smells amazing, I can’t even tell when my cat pooped because it covers up the smell completely, it also doesn’t get stuck to the litter box or my cat’s paws, my floors have been the cleanest they’ve been since I got my cat, also my cat suffers from allergies and this litter doesn’t seem to give her at all. it’s just the perfect litter for me and my kitten, plus it’s pink and smells like peaches (: the only con is that the 6 pound one comes with too little litter so I’ll prob have to buy more soon, I calculate it will last me for about three weeks before I have to buy more. but IT IS WORTH IT, overall 10/10.

The packaging was vacume sealed but once you open it MY GOD does it punch you in the face with the smell. I don’t even really need an air freshener for my bathroom because it just reeks of flowery peaches. Could be overkill for some people but honestly i really like the smell of peaches so i’m perfectly happy with its smell.The litter is pink pellets. it’s cylindrical pellets which remind me of vaguely rodent/fish food.There isn’t too much in the bag though, i’d say the bag size that i bought (2.8kg) would be good for maybe 1 or 2 large litter box changes but could be 3 or 4 in a smaller box.Just for reference i have 1 cat, full adult.Edit; MY CAT SMELLS LIKE PEACHES , IT’S SO CUTE!!♡

My cats prefer this than the regular cat litter. I wish the individual litter particle could be a little bit smaller, so it is easier to pass through the scoop.

Didn’t feel impressed: absorption ok, smell reduction ok, but nothing impressive. I don’t need flushable, so maybe this is not for me. Will stick to my current products.
