Seems to move a little too fast
Cats are very intrigued but do not interact because it moves too fast

Anything they love, I love! And my kittens love it.
My kittens need to play all the time, and they get bored easily, so I have to have lots of different types of toys to keep them engaged and busy. I got this one, and so far they love it. It moves in different directions, so it keeps cats focused on it, as it isn’t necessarily predictive. For my kittens, this is right up their alley, because they thrive on play that isn’t the same all the time. You need to know your cat and what they like before picking a toy out like this, if that makes sense. For my little angels it is a 5 star toy, because it keeps my crazy kittens focused on staying out of trouble, since they will focus on this instead, due to the unpredictability of it. (It definitely saves my foam slippers from getting attacked, because that’s what they attack when they are bored these days, LOL!) Does it mimic prey? No, but they don’t seem to care. They follow it around and chase it like crazy. My one cat loves it so much, when she finds it, she carries it in her mouth and then brings it to me to turn it on. (She actually loves it so much she won’t share it with her sister.)I like the flashing lights and sounds because if they chase it under the sofa, so I can still find it, plus the lights keeps their interest. The tail on it is bright and shiny, and just fun for them to grab and chase too!I did notice it picks up hair, but it is easily removed, so that is a definite plus. The tail falls off sometimes, but it is usually after she has been throwing it around a lot, and it is super easy to put back on. It rolls easily…we have laminate flooring for reference. The feature I love the most is that it is easily recharged via USB-C charger, so no replacing batteries all the time. That’s huge!So if you know that your cat likes toys that aren’t predictable, know they like to chase things that move quickly, and like toys with lights and sounds, that can be charged easily, this might be a great pick for your cat! My cats really do love it, so anything they love, I love. I just wish Gumdrop would let her sister play with it more!) May have to get another.

Not for the Nervous Cat
It looked like fun, and it ran great. For a while it butted itself into a tiny alcove, but got itself out. After running into something, it just heads off randomly, and for awhile the random was the same dice roll over and over. The tail drags behind, or arches over it, the hologram “feathers” flitting all over the place. The tail did unscrew itself once, so look out for that. The cat watched it for five or six minutes, but when it ran up on him, he leaped out of the room and didn’t come back until we put it away. He’s kind of traumatized by a stretch as a homeless cat, so I think anything this strange reads as potentially threatening. Your cat may have steadier nerves. If it goes over better later, I’ll report back. Not betting on it, though.

Really interactive and fast toy your cats will love!
The got looks exactly as pictured. I will say the little “blue” end is actually this reflective material that my cats went crazy over because it reflected the light like crazy and looked really cool. I chose the bright yellow because one of my cats has a hard time seeing things with low contrast and she sees bright yellow decently well, and this is very bright. The tail actually screws onto the main part of the toy which is really nice. The material of the tail is kind of stretchy and makes me think of those toys as kids we played with called Chinese handcuffs, the ones we’d get our fingers stuck in. One of my cats loves to pick things up and carry them away and that’s exactly what she did with this tail. The tail only came off the body once and I think that was my fault because I picked the toy up by the tail while it was still running right before and I believe that it partially unscrewed the tail that way. This thing is fast, even on slow mode, but my cats loved it. Interactive mode is very different from the other modes and definitely did a great job of getting my cats interested. It had a full charge straight out of the box and came with a usb-c charger. It is an extremely short cord but it’s still nice that it came with one. I haven’t had to charge it yet and they’ve played with it quite a few times. My one con is that it stops after five minutes and has to be turned back on. I haven’t another toy similar in concept to this and it will go into standby mode but “wake up” if it’s interacted with, so when my cats tried the same with this and nothing happened I was a little disappointed. That feature would make it absolutely perfect, but it’s not totally necessary. It’s a very intensive play toy so it’s not terrible that it shuts off after 5 minutes.Overall I think the quality of the toy is really amazing and I would definitely recommend it! My cats have a blast chasing it all over the place and it does a great job of getting out of any spots it gets “stuck” in. Great way to give your cats some play time when you don’t have the energy to actively play with them yourself at that moment.

Great fun!
My cats LOVE this ball toy! It provides them with great exercise and brings out the extra cleverness of their strategizing. When it’s going it really goes and spins around, shooting itself across the floor. The fun, colorful “tail” which attaches to it is attractive to the cats and a nice added touch. The ball was super easy to assemble and then take apart again to charge. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn’t seem to want to function but a couple of minutes, then it stops and doesn’t start up again until I press the button again. Meaning, I think, it goes “to sleep” way too quickly and that then loses the interest of my cats. Other than that, I do recommend this toy. Your cats will have a ball… pun intended!
