Great Customer Care
Product design doesn’t work for my cats. Kibble doesn’t fall out of toy even with the opening fully opened. Chirping sound was ignored by both cats. Rather expensive for what it doesn’t do. Addition to the above review. The Ansoniser Customer Care Team contacted me and offered a full refund which I took them up on. I’m very impressed with this company’s follow up to correct the situation. This seldom happens and is a refreshing breath of air. With customer care on this level, I would feel very confident in ordering anything from this company.

Shouldn’t roll under furniture due to design, which is great!
Our cats love treat balls that drop treats when they’re batted around. I thought this might be fun for them too since it would move in a different way and hopefully be less likely to get knocked under furniture since it doesn’t roll in a straight line due to its shape. Looks good in that sense!Cats here prefer treats like Temptations and Bonkers which are on the larger side and rectangular in shape. I’m always worried about them fitting and falling out properly with these kinds of toys. But this works great with the hole opened fully. If anything they’re coming out quite easily, so you can probably close the treat opening a bit even.This should be a hit with our cats!

This treat/food dispenser is nice. It is easy to use and works well. It is a fun, interactive way for your dog to get their treats and even meals. Very fun and convenient. It is a good quality and seems to be durable. It is a nice size and is easy to clean.
