The pet toy ball has 3 working modes, Fast mode, Slow mode and Interactive mode; in order to save electricity and prevent your favorite pet from chasing it constantly and causing excessive fatigue, we set the ball to automatically enter standby mode after 5 minutes of work in each working mode. (The indicator light blinks twice a minute in standby mode). （Please note that it is not out of battery at this time! ）There is no need to charge it at this point. All you need to do is restart it. If you do not wake up within 30 minutes of being in standby mode, it will turn off automatically.Charging takes about 30 minutes, please use the included charging cable or other Type C cable to charge. The red light will keep blinking while charging, when fully charged the red light will stop blinking and stay always on.You should know that no pet toy is indestructible, some smart dogs will find its weak spot and destroy it in no time. Therefore we recommend you to consider whether your dog is very aggressive or not when you buy it.The product shell is made of hard plastic. Since it moves very fast, it may easily crack on tiles as well as on hard wooden floors. Ever watch some tricked up tv commercial and wished the product really worked that way ? HERE IT IS !!!Works EXACTLY as shown. No speeded up tricks !!! It is the closest thing to a mouse gone crazy !!!! I needed to use the slower mode because my pet is a fraidy cat. I cant be more descriptive of the action of this perfect play toy, the string flops so realistly, the ball works exactly as the video shows . If there is any one negative comment its to say that the charging port IS NOT the on/off/select switch. Look for the raisedswitch insignia on the rubber itself while you are in a bright place and mark it with a dot of magic marker. A PERFECTIONIST DREAM toy !!! I need to add that tying 2 spaced knots in the string adds even more and different action .

Worked for one day
This was a great toy for one day. After using it for one day, it stopped working. I even charged it overnight to see if that was the problem, it still wouldn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend getting this ball.

Dog loves it but human thinks it needs work
Edit: knocked it down to 2 starts because Carl had it completely destroyed in a day…My 6mo golden retriever LOVES it but it’s way smaller than I expected. Also, the ball keeps coming unhooked from the plastic outside so every few minutes I have to reattach it. There is also no interactive mode on mine, I get the blue & purple light option but then it goes to red. If you asked Carl, he’d give it 1000/10 but since he lost his phone privileges he isn’t able to leave the review…that and his lack of opposable thumbs.

great, inexpensive hair removal toy
My dog played with it briefly. It worked great for picking up hair underneath the furniture without having to move it. For the time it lasted, I loved it and used it pretty much every day to collect hair throughout the house. One charge would last two runs (about twenty minutes). But it only lasted for about three weeks, then it wouldn’t hold a charge anymore.Wasn’t too expensive so, I think I got my money’s worth. IDK if Inwould buy it again

Fun toy for cats
My friend had this for her cats & they love it, so purchased for neices cat. On hard wood floors cat ar first did not like due noisy vibration, but has come around!

Ok, prob last with cat. But dog could easily destroy on chewing

Do not waste your money
This definitely is a poor product. The toy is really not meant for dogs. I used it twice and my dog bit the rubber. It doesn’t hold a charge and is not worth the money.

Great ball
My puppy loves this toy. It is very durable because he bites on it and chases it and it still keeps going. It’s so nice to have something to get those Zumiez out when the weather is raining or too cold to play outside and highly recommend tho ball. So glad it comes with an extra tail because if anything he does eventually loosen up the tail where I can’t get it back on anymore.
