No Return Needed
I bought this for my 5 month old pup to keep him occupied for when I can’t play with him. When I first introduced it to him, he was scared of it (loud noises). After a few days of showing him it’s for play, he can’t get enough of it. As soon as he hears the beep when I turn it on, he comes running, ready to pounce on me to get it. The songs get old quick and I wish it had a volume button, but money well spent. Battery life is pretty good, haven’t tested how long a single charge lasts, but he’s had 20 min sessions with it uninterrupted. The cover won’t last long if your pup is rough with toys like mine, however, the actual ball is resilient.

Doesn’t hold up
I Bought 3 of these. Really grabs their attention butI have several goldens. By the second day the ones with the zipper torn off. Dangerous didn’t like that at all.Then others I had Velcro which is good but weird. Same company to designs.Even then didn’t last. There made cheaply a don’t hold up to a dogs pounce.It’s a shame because it was cool.I would t even trust it with a little dog.

Outer cover ripped easily I’m
Omg my dogs favorite toy! It signs, moves, and records your voice. I was watching a murder show eek it was recording it aaah . Easy to charge. Love the zipper but he ripped the nose darn I need to sew it on do outside not as durable as other dog ball.

Fun dog toy but it broke the second day
My dog loved this toy. It was really funny to watch her play with it. Unfortunately, there is a zipper that keeps the computerized ball in the chicken. After my dog tore the zipper, the ball didn’t stay in the chicken and the toy was no longer interesting to her. Who wants to play with an empty chicken after playing with a talking, singing, bouncy chicken? She played with the chicken for about two days before the zipper broke. Recommend using velcro instead of a zipper!!!

Truly Interactive And Fun! It Was 5 Stars. But…
My dog love, love, loved this toy so much I was going to buy them as gifts for friends. The vibrating music playing ball that is USB rechargeable, was a truly interactive canine toy. I loved it because it bc it kept my pup happy as he chased it around the house, the music was decent and not annoying, so I could let him play until he was tired, it required little effort on my part.Sadly the plastic zipper fell apart shortly after we got the toy, so he got little play time out of the toy.. With no way to keep the hard plastic vibrating music ball inside, the toy is useless. Now I have a sad pup. I am currently waiting for a free replacement, but have to return the broken product which is incredibly annoying. The hassle and broken zipper is why I’m giving them 3 stars, for now.

Dog: Approved, Human: Dissatisfied
My smaller dog loved it, for 4 hours until the zipper broke and he destroyed it. Definitely not good for dogs that are rougher, of any size. The music is loud and annoying, but again, the dog loved it, people, not so much.

Fun. My puppy doesn’t like it though. She is really cautious about new things. Wouldn’t even drink out of a new water dish. Anyway. The motor is kinda loud and it scares her. It has several songs it plays. It is cute and funny and I bet a bigger dog would like it, or a cat.

Fun for 5 minutes – zipper breaks easily
My frenchie loves this but was able to destroy it within an hour. I wish they would use a strong Velcro like others I have purchased. Bummer as they aren’t cheap and now it’s wasted
