Great enrichment toy
Very happy with this product! Both of my dogs love it. It is challenging enough that it takes them a while to get all the food out so it keeps them from being bored and gives them something challenging to do. It has a mixture of easier compartments and more difficult compartments. At first, they really struggled to figure it out. Over time they got really good at it and could get the food out quickly, so I put it away for a couple months and then brought it out again.

Great way to entertain your dog
Overall, I really appreciate this puzzle/feeder toy. My puppy looks forward to it, I use it for a mid day snack and she gets excited when I pull it out. She is a German Shepard/Belgian Malinois mix so needs constant engagement and this distracts her while I get a few chores done while mentally stimulating her. We have had it about a week and she is still engaged so that is a plus. It has held up to her biting and chewing as well. Fast delivery and good price. Only drawback I would point out is that some of the pieces that slide will get stuck occasionally, like out of the groove and I have to push them back in place . But still very pleased.

Complex puzzel
This is a favorite of my dog. This level 2 puzzle requires the dog to rotate the center section to allow the white ‘dog bone’ sections to slide and reveal the treat. There are no loose parts, and it washed up well. It cleans up in the dishwasher too. The only issue I encountered is the puzzle somewhat hard to load. I use dog food and if a bit too much kibble is used, the parts do not slide/rotate well. If the compartments were deeper, it would be much better by holding more food. Overall, it’s a favorite at dinner time.

Ok for the price
My 4 year old Husky had all of the treats out of there in less than two minutes and got bored again. Cute puzzle toy, the pieces can stick. I may invest in a better quality puzzle toy, but this will do the trick for dogs with moderate energy (lol).

We have had this toy for a while now and the toy has held up very well and operates smoothly. My dog loves solving it, and the option to place treats in different configurations provided a fun puzzle. It can be a bit noisy like plastic on plastic clacking, but that is dependent on the dogs excitability.

Great puzzel but……
It really would be nice if the company that sells these products, would at least clean the crumbs out of a returned product. Maybe even retape the plastic bag so it looks professional.The puzzle is fine and my one year old mini schnauzer had it completed in about 7 minutes. This is the second puzzle for her and she seems to enjoy the challenge.

Update – Great for step two
Update – This is the best training toy ever. I know it’s only step two, but it is so well made. My dog destroyed an expensive step four toy in two days. I can’t say enough good things about this well made dog puzzle. I’m going to buy another version of this toy from the same manufacturer. You can’t go wrong here folks.******My dog loves it. Ordered a step up and it’s a bit hard for my young pup plus he destroyed it in two days. This is perfect for him to play with while he develops his skill to proceed onto the level four puzzle (if I can find a well made one that isn’t easily destroyed like my last purchase).

For my chihuahua, he loved this. He spent a lot of time trying to figure it out at first but then got the hang of it. The design keeps him very occupied. It’s very easy to use, just putting treats into the puzzle. Along with cleaning which can be done fast and easily. It overall functions as a good toy to keep your dog occupied and I can recommend it to anybody.

Lucy found the puzzle quite easy. She is a highly intelligent shepherd mix and it only took her minutes to figure out. We started out with treats and she enjoyed it. When I used only kibble she threw it across the room in protest. Because of her breed she already uses nose to open things like the door of dog wash etc. other breeds may find this harder. I would recommend trying the puzzle for indoor enrichment. It’s well made and decent price.

I was skeptical when this item arrived. My dog is food driven so I didn’t think that he’d have the patience for this puzzle. To my surprise, he spent time figuring it out. A simple “no” was all it took to stop the rough approach. Our pup looks forward to treats via this puzzle every evening.
