My dog loves, loves this toy! It’s durable, love the color changing feature, and it makes some pretty cute sounds. Very entertaining, easy to wipe off, it’s speedy, but interacts with my dog in a fun way. Great value.

It was great the first day Z and after I charge it for a half hour as instructed, somehow the product did not come back the same way and it’s just shakes instead of moving. But mostly, I am appalled by the return policy which forces me to go to a Whole Foods supermarket to return it, which is way far away from my area, instead of just being able to take it to the UPS store close to my house to return it the normal way I never expected any of this and it is quite a disappointment that they force you to go to a Whole Foods supermarket to return an item you bought on Amazon. I am elderly and this is a huge inconvenience and at this point I don’t know if to just have them charge me twice for the item, but I will never buy anything from them again or they need to change their agreement with Amazon.

I purchased this for my daughter’s new puppy and she loved it. Couldn’t get enough of it and kept her busy for hours. Highly recommended!

cannot figure out how to turn it on
Instructions were terrible. It says to “press the power button” but I cannot see where the power button is. I tried pressing a few things that might be a button, but nothing happened. So I will need to return it, for this simple fact that they don’t tell you HOW TO TURN IT ON. Also, now that Amazon no longer has real customer questions and answers but tries to answer everything from AI, that does not work well either. I tried asking “where is the power button” and the AI had no answer and just gave me marketing statements.

Durability and charge time. Definitely not for a big dog!
Great idea!! My puppy loved it until it ran down in like 30 minutes and once she got use too it she would pick it up and keep it in her mouth so it couldn’t roll.🤪. She would also chew on it until it came unsnapped at the side and would quit rolling. Our girl is 4 months old and loved the idea of it!!

I am rating one star because wrong electric ball delivered. I specifically wanted this one only. I ordered 2 for the very reason as my cat loves this one. However I received a different ball without the string and bad quality, which just doesn’t work after a couple of uses. Wasted my money. Product shown wasn’t delivered.

Not good for dogs. My dog is of small size but still it crushed the ball in few seconds. All the money was wasted in few seconds.The operation if the ball was good but durability is poor. If they advertise it for pets they should have made it more stronger to protect it from the pets jaw force
