gentle and effective
the combination of the silicone brush and this cleanser really works well for my cat, who has a little seedy black patch underneath her chin. the vet prescribed benzoyl peroxide, but she hated the smell and it didn’t really do anything. now that I have this cleanser and the accompanying brush, I make it part of her grooming routine and she’s happy! and her chin stays clear. no offensive scent and my cat doesn’t react to it at all. great product!

A good starting point!
This is a good starting point for removing the black acne around your pet’s mouth. I hadn’t realized how much had dunked up on my cat until I deep-dived with this product. It does NOT removed it all in one treatment, so you do have to build it into a routine to get all the black yuck out. The product nor the silicone utensils that I bought separately seem to bother or cause reactions on my cat, which is good, even though she’s not entirely pleased with it. It’s very easy to use, and it’s effective.

This got rid of my cat’s blackheads pretty quick, and since I am using metal bowls now, they haven’t come back. Four stars because it was a bit pricey.

Works Fantastic
I have five cats and recently noticed some of them had some nasty black dots/acne under their chins. This works great to clear that away. I can only do it to them for so long before they get annoyed. It washes off easily and I just let it air dry inbetween uses.

Irritated my cats chin
Take my advice and just visit your vet instead of buying products like this off of Amazon and using them on your cat. My cat just had black heads initially and within 2 days of using this product he had big red pimples and his skin was irritated and red. I had to take him to the vet because he couldn’t stop scratching, it was so bad that his chin was bleeding everywhere and is now one big scab that needs to heal. I would guess its the actual cleaning solution that irritated his skin, but it could also be the brush. I think the soft pads were fine. Instead I got medicated cleaning pads from the vet that seem to be helping, I wish I would have just done that first instead of using this product.

Easy and cat doesn’t mind
I never knew cat acne was a thing until I saw a video a few months ago. My cat is black so I never noticed anything on her chin. I decided to purchase this brush and cleanser just to see if she needed some TLC and I was shocked! Part of me did not expect to see anything, however, after scrubbing her chin the first time I was amazed at how much acne came off on this brush. The picture attached is after three cleanings. I love that I am able to help her and she doesn’t seem to mind the cleaning at all. Highly recommend this product.

The brush really works to get the black spots out, it’s too soon to tell if cleaning daily will prevent more to grow, but the brush does really help to get rid of the black spots

My little girl came with her chin in a bit of a state and I tried all sorts to try and clean it before finding this. It’s amazing! She won’t tolerate fabric to put the solution on so I use my finger but she’ll put up with the brush with some of the solution on it. Which is a miracle considering she cuts me up for cleaning her eyes or anything. So it must be comfortable enough. The first three pics are before I started using it. The last three are one month later. And that’s with doing it every two to three days to clear it up and maintenance, just whilst she’s getting used to it don’t want to push it too far.So much comes off. I like to clean it and use it a couple of times ones the solution has softened it up. No unhappy reactions about the smell or taste of it should it have got into her mouth or on a paw or anything. Will definetly be using this on a regular basis to keep her chin clear once I get it fully under control. Amazing
