When it comes to cat accessories, nothing truly matters except “does the cat like it?” My cats love it. Well, they love most of it.This is my first wall-mounted cat furniture, but I’ve been around the block and “kicking the tires” on stuff like this for a while. And I’m by and large quite pleased with the build quality. Everything is very stiff with no give. Screws and drywall anchors are included, but you’re on your own for other tools. I made sure to use a laser leveler, tape measure, pencil, cordless drill, and a nice Phillips head screwdriver. The wood finish looks nice enough, although I wish it had some sort of sealant or coating. And no complaints with the hammock or attachment points at this price.The top lounger is a hit. Both of my cats use it daily. The hammock has never once been used. I think it just simply sags too much and is very difficult to get into. I’m not sure if they’ve even tried though. I think the best bet would be to try and find a way to “wire” it and stiffen it out — give it some structure. Maybe I’ll play with it some day.There would be nothing stopping you from just taking the bottom hammock off. It would honestly still be a perfect good looking and well-made lounger for your kitties.

My baby loves it!
I knew my cat would like this because she already has one that she sleeps in regularly. I wanted to start a shelf wall for her and I though this would be a great addition. I also have another 3-legged cat that I am hoping will try out the hanging hammock part, since she will likely never get up to the mounted part. It took her about 48 hours before testing out the new bed, so I know she will be using it. I’m not sure about the lower hammock though. I swapped out the hanging hammock it came with with one I had because the one that came with it was very small and doesn’t offer a lot of support for them to get into the bed. It literally squishes them if they try to get in. I hung the hammock it came with in a different place where I have the anchors further apart so the hammock doesn’t squish the cats. I am hoping they will at least try out the hanging hammock eventually, but I know that will take them a little longer. I strategically placed it so the three-legged cat can hop in from the shelf next to it so I am hopeful! If anything, the other cat will likely use it since she LOVES hammocks.It is also MUCH sturdier than the other mounted hammock I have. The posts that hold up the hammock are much thicker an don’t seem to bend the way my other one does. I except the other one to fall at some point since it is already bending downward, but this hammock seems like it will support her weight much better. It was also really easy to assemble, but the hardware that came with it was not great. The anchors and screws did not work together well. After I put the anchors in the wall and screwed the base in, it immediately separated from the wall. The screws were not thick enough for the anchors that it came with. I had to replace 2 screws with thicker ones and I also added two additional screws in the middle straight into the wall stud so it is extra secure. Don’t want my baby falling!

Cats love it, hard to wash
My cats need lots of things to climb and nest on. They like to be up high and Im constantly telling them to get down off the dressser and table. My hope is that giving them plenty of alternatives like this will create a peaceful resolution so their natural instinct to climb and lounge in trees is met by purpose installed devices such as this. My only complaint about this product is that its design makes it a bit annoying to wash.

this has no instructions that made it difficult for me , but it is a nice cat wall mounted hammock. The cushions are super soft! My four cats enjoy it and approve.

Great kitty shelf.
Such a nice floating cat shelf. It was very quick and easy to put together and up. It’s the perfect size for my 8lbs domestic shorthair. The hammock is cushioned. The fabric is soft. The color hides hair well. Both the wood and the fabric stitching seem pretty sturdy. Not a bad price for one of these. Cat loves it too!

My cats approved
First of all, this has no instructions which is not a big deal. This took about three minutes to put together and another 10 to hang. My two cats enjoy it and approve. Since my cats are picky, judgmental, and pretty much live to do opposite of what I want them to do, they started taking naps on this immediately. The materials are soft and fluffy, and yet heavy duty to hold up to their claws and the stitching seems flawless. The materials are above average and toughness, and all the hardware was included to mount safely to the wall. This is a well designed and well engineered cat hammock, which earns five star stars.

Great shelf
My cats love this shelf. I added some steps to it and they enjoy getting onto the steps and then on to the shelf. It’s made with real wood. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy. They don’t really use the padded shelf below so I took it off, but they love the top one. Great shelf!
