Great product!
I was very excited to get this for my kitty. She loves sitting on the back of the sofa looking out the window. This gave her an even better view. Until today, I would have given this 5 stars, the bars are sturdy, easy to assemble, soft, and I love that it can be folded up when you want to close the curtains. However, the zipper on the pad has stripped. I heard something when my kitty was stepping onto it and I looked and the entire zipper is stripped. It’s useless without the pad. I’m really hoping they have good customer service and will replace this since I’ve only had it a short time. If they do, I will certainly change my rating. My kitty is not even a year old and not very big, this should not have happened in a couple weeks.**Edit** I contacted customer service and was given the option of a refund or a replacement. I chose replacement and within 2 days I received a brand new one. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to give their kitty a nice window view.

Happy fur babies!
Very impressed with this product! The quality is great and it’s easy to assemble. I love that you can suction it to a window or mount it on a wall! I am so impressed that I am ordering more to place in other areas of my house. The suction cups hold well. My fur babies are loving this new hang-out area to watch the birds or just take a comfy cat nap! I really like that it can be folded up at night so I can close the curtains. This is a wonderful product at a fantastic price!

My cats love them
I have 3 cats. I ordered first 2 of these beds. They love them so much. Has never fallen off the window. I can unzip the fabric and wash it. I had to order a third one so we have a bunk bed on one window. I have a 14lb cat and it holds her just fine. Nice and roomy. When they were very little all 3 of them got in one of the beds. Very strong and well made.

Perfect because one of my cats doesn’t like to share the other one I bought. Now they both have a bed in the window 💜 soft and easy to flip up when closing the blinds. Strong suction. Easy to put together. Cats love watching the birds and squirrels out the window.

Worth the work
My girls instantly loved it. It comes in a lot of parts but it worth putting it all together bc my cats enjoy sitting in the window. One suction cup doesn’t work as well but the other three definitely compensate.Lots of room and can hold both. They are 1 yr old.

Great purchase
Great quality. Product works as advertised and well worth reasonable cost. Have patience. I had to bring my cat over to the shelf at least six times before she trusted it. Since I do not allow her on countertops, tables, or anywhere human food goes, part of it was her not being sure that it was okay for her to climb up on this. Most surfaces are solid, and that was part of this as well. The bottom of this is like a hammock, it dips down in the middle with the weight of the cat, so it was a sensation she was not used to. After several weeks and about six times of me having to physically put her up there, she is now excited about it and often will ask me two fold it down for her. It stays in place in my bedroom window and easily allows the blinds to be pulled down over it by just folding it up. In the morning she can’t wait for me to raise the blinds and fold down her shelf. She now sits there for hours on end watching the birds, squirrels, lizards and the rest of the world go by. She is very happy on her new shelf!! So glad I bought it. It was easy to assemble and the material is of good quality.

Super secure, and simple to put together
Right out of the box I was slightly worried because this looks a little complicated to put together, but the instructions are super clear and it took me 5 mins. Theres added hardware if you want to mount this to your wall, but honestly the window seems like a safer bet. With cats jumping on and off of it I would worry about the screws loosening over time from the holes in the dry wall getting bigger. As for installing on windows, the suction cups are heavier duty than any i have ever seen and aren’t going anywhere, they’re really strong. The screw attached the suction cup is actually imbedded inside of it super well, my cats are chunky and this this isnt budging. Covers also machine washable which is nice, but I wouldnt throw it in the dryer. 10/10 on safety
