Great product!
I was very excited to get this for my kitty. She loves sitting on the back of the sofa looking out the window. This gave her an even better view. Until today, I would have given this 5 stars, the bars are sturdy, easy to assemble, soft, and I love that it can be folded up when you want to close the curtains. However, the zipper on the pad has stripped. I heard something when my kitty was stepping onto it and I looked and the entire zipper is stripped. It’s useless without the pad. I’m really hoping they have good customer service and will replace this since I’ve only had it a short time. If they do, I will certainly change my rating. My kitty is not even a year old and not very big, this should not have happened in a couple weeks.**Edit** I contacted customer service and was given the option of a refund or a replacement. I chose replacement and within 2 days I received a brand new one. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to give their kitty a nice window view.

Happy fur babies!
Very impressed with this product! The quality is great and it’s easy to assemble. I love that you can suction it to a window or mount it on a wall! I am so impressed that I am ordering more to place in other areas of my house. The suction cups hold well. My fur babies are loving this new hang-out area to watch the birds or just take a comfy cat nap! I really like that it can be folded up at night so I can close the curtains. This is a wonderful product at a fantastic price!

Holds hefty cats!
This is a good product! It was easy to assemble and the cover is washable. My cats really enjoy it as well. They are larger so I was worried about it holding them, but the suction cups are very strong! I bought two because my cats fight over it! Definitely recommend!The last photo was taken right before the youngest cat kicked the oldest out of her seat.

Surprisingly secure!
Bought one for the living room and one for the office. Cats live a new angle to watch birds and squirrels from. I bought the medium size and it fits my pretty large cats just great. One cat is 17lbs and he is able to jump up onto the perch without it separating from the window

Great purchase
Great quality. Product works as advertised and well worth reasonable cost. Have patience. I had to bring my cat over to the shelf at least six times before she trusted it. Since I do not allow her on countertops, tables, or anywhere human food goes, part of it was her not being sure that it was okay for her to climb up on this. Most surfaces are solid, and that was part of this as well. The bottom of this is like a hammock, it dips down in the middle with the weight of the cat, so it was a sensation she was not used to. After several weeks and about six times of me having to physically put her up there, she is now excited about it and often will ask me two fold it down for her. It stays in place in my bedroom window and easily allows the blinds to be pulled down over it by just folding it up. In the morning she can’t wait for me to raise the blinds and fold down her shelf. She now sits there for hours on end watching the birds, squirrels, lizards and the rest of the world go by. She is very happy on her new shelf!! So glad I bought it. It was easy to assemble and the material is of good quality.

Soft, easy to assemble
Put it together and in the front window so our cat could sit and watch the birds. Unfortunately, going on 2 weeks and he still doesn’t feel comfortable in it. It’s super soft, but not sure if he’ll ever get up in it. It’s a shame. Such a cute idea.

Solid cat hammock – quickly adopted by our cats
We bought this model, as well as another one. This is a more rigid tubular design, compared to the version that has steel cables. This one also can be flipped up when not in use. Easily holds our 16lb (7kg) heavy cat. Put a well used blanket on top of the hammock and your cats will quickly make it their new resting place.
