Great option for small space!
I did not know what to expect, but I really love this hanging cat tree!! My cat loves it and it’s a great way to give her some extra room to climb and lounge.The set up was super simple, there are brackets that go over the top and bottom of the door, and it hangs from the top and you can attach it to the bottom and tighten it. It does move a little bit, but my cat does not mind at all. She loves napping at the top and will climb up and down to play.This does take up about half the width of a doorframe, so you can’t put it on an open door and get into the room easily. But it’s great on a closet door that stays closed and takes up less space than a normal cat tree – it is also much taller than a normal cat tree you could find unless you got one that is very expensive. It does close up if you wanted to get it out of the way or only use it occasionally and you can wash the shelves.

Solid idea, but needs braver souls
It’s a cute idea but a bit shaky regardless of how much I tried to tighten or secure it. Despite all of the treats and trying to reassure the cat they won’t die, it just didn’t work for us. Still have it up, it’s convenient to take down if needed so hopefully they will someday be more courageous. In the meantime it’s at least an option for them and a good place to set cat food down briefly! I think with slightly braver critters it would work great, I like the product still even though it hasn’t been a hit in our house yet

Teach them how to use it!
We travel quite a bit and our cats love to climb. I got this portable climber hoping it would do the trick.The shelves have a metal frame and the straps are woven and heavy. Installation took less than five minutes (probably 60 seconds now).We got it yesterday and I used treats to coax the cats into exploring because it’s not quite as stable feeling as their regular cat tower. That was yesterday. Today, they are using it just like their real tower, climbing, chasing, and snoozing. I think it will make travel even easier with them.Size is my only caution. My cats are small (7 lbs). I would not recommend it for larger cats as the shelf area isn’t very big.

Cats love it
Have 2 cats that love this thing. I have it on a door that’s around a corner, so they’ve now gotten to a point that they’ll hang out up top to wait for me to round the corner so they can jump scare meSuper durable too. Cats have been absolutely mauling this thing, but it still looks pretty good. Nothing has fallen off or broken, straps have held tightly without loosening, and the material is easy to clean

Cat loved space saver!
I love being able to have a cat tree that is collapsible and my cat loves going thru the holes and loves to sleep on the soft covering which also holds onto loose hair so it doesn’t fly all over and easier to clean with pet hair roller!

Perfect for small spaces or rental houses! Insanely easy to install (took less than 5 min) and 2 out of 3 cats loved it immediately! Pretty sturdy, but slightly flimsy at the bottom (scared my kitten). Nice height, too. I’m 5’4 and when my cat is on the top shelf, we’re at direct eye level. Definitely recommend if you want to keep your cats engaged & entertained all day!

Broke after a week
I installed this to the door. The set up was so easy. Took awhile to get the kitties to use it. It broke 1 week after I installed it. I wanted to try to exchange but that wasn’t an option and now the item is more expensive than when I bought it.

It does move and creak a bit when my cat climbs on it. She’s using it right now, but doesn’t love it yet. I have a more traditional cat tree, but it wasn’t tall enough to meet her climbing needs. In my small condo, I don’t have a wall left to place a floor-to-ceiling cat tree, so this was my compromise.EDIT: She loves it now and won’t sit with me on the couch anymore. 🙁 She spends all her time on this cat tree, either napping on the top level or playing by running up and down. When she runs, it now sways a lot, but she doesn’t care. I guess that means it’s 5 stars from her.

The cat is loving this new addition to the flat. He worked out how to use it immediately (unfortunately he also worked out he could use it to climb on top on the door if left open which was a heart in mouth moment! Lesson learnt).The climber is much sturdier than I thought it might be, and also heavier. No concerns about it breaking. The mechanism to lift the platforms up and out of the way works well. Once the hooks were on the door it was very easy to put up. But the issue for me was the door hooks were slightly different sizes, and while 1 fit the door width 2 did not. So I had to pry them wider with a hammer to go on which wasn’t ideal. Even for the hook that fit, it was too snug a fit to keep the protective pads on between the hook and door. So those had to come off. If we hadn’t had the problem it would have been a 5 star purchase.Aside from that, we have had lengthy play sessions going up and down it, and he loves sleeping on one of the platforms surveying his domain too.

My cat was all over this the minute I opened the box. The instructions are clear and it was really easy to install, which bodes well for being able to move it around the house as needed. The four ledges are attached to the frame with Velcro, so they can be removed and washed, and overalls the construction is really sturdy. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but good quality and my cat is having the time of his life finding all the new ways he can climb on it.
